“Clean place to stay with no frills. The balcony is the real appeal of this place, with a great view of the beach. Access to the beach was super convenient. The owner was very communicative. Alex kept us updated along the way and was very kind. We would definitely stay again! The hotel itself was a little run down so I would definitely recommend staying with this owner over booking through the hotel. ”

“Loved the location and oceanfront view. We had a couple bumps, but “In and Out Guest Services, Winifred” was excellent and very quick to fix a couple small issues. She was very kind and accommodating. We didn’t need air conditioning until 2 days before we checked out. I believe the owners were unable to get anyone there that quickly; however, Winifred was able to get a fan delivered to our room that day.which was greatly appreciated. “The place and staff were amazing, very kind, happy, respectful, polite, and made us feel welcomed. It was very budget, family, and pet friendly. The only issue we had was when we first got to our room our floor was very damp. I adjusted the AC unit to the cool and dry setting and by morning it was fine. But while it was damp it did leave some dirt/residue on socks and feet. I am not sure if it was bc of the dampness. But, it wasn't a major issue for us personally. We just wiped the floor...

“We enjoyed our short beach visit! The condo is well maintained, clean, and as advertised. It was so nice to sit on the balcony, relax, and watch the ocean! The condo has easy access to the beach, and the pool-side bar is a great added retreat space. Janet was friendly and responsive. Everything was super easy. I do recommend that you park across the street, as the attached garage gets full quickly and is tight for larger vehicles. Across the street parking was easy peasy. Overall, definitely...

“Everything was nice. I asked if we could check in early he replied “he can’t promise it, but he’ll try his best” and sure enough our apartment was ready @3pm. The walk to the beach was short and nice. Overall I highly recommend. ”
