“The room was clean, they had decorated it for us for our honeymoon stay! They also celebrated us with some cakes as well. The view out of the room was beautiful. The bathroom facilities were 5/5 with ample amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Couldn’t recommend a stay here enough.”

“Albergo a 5 stelle dove non funziona nulla. In 8 giorni di soggiorno abbiamo cambiato la stanza e nonostante questo l'acqua calda non funzionava, idem per telefono, luci e wifi. Non è pensabile in un albergo a 5 stelle. Pessimo”

“Ottimo Hotel, posizione un po' lontana da Fort Cochin, la parte più interessante della città, ma è meglio così, perché si ha un hotel di classe, dal quale con pochissima spesa si arriva in taxi dappertutto. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Cocktail di benvenuto. Essendo arrivato verso le 9 mi hanno dato la camera 5 ore prima del check in, che sarebbe stato alle 14, senza alcun sovrapprezzo, con vista mare, anche se non era stata richiesta. “Standard room was not good. I changed to different room. Staffs were excellent and very cooperative and accommodating us very well. Good location near Marine Drive. But too far from the airport.”
