“The parking is great but you have pay for the parking”

“Lakeisha was amazingly helpful and friendly! Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Colonial Heights! This will be my go to hotel moving forward!”

“The hotel was nice and clean bed was comfortable I really love having a balcony and it's very close to everything.Yes ill stay again”

“I normally stay here while visiting my daughters that attend VSU college. The staff is normally friendly and helpful. This past visit was by far one of my worst experiences. The room I stayed in the toilet was not stable to the floor and the handle was broken. When I went to tell the manager his response was there isn’t a maid around to fix it. I said you need a maintenance worker to fix the toilet not a maid. He then said there is no one available to come fix the toilet and if I came back by 11...

“Clean room”

“I am surprised that this hotel is under a Choice Hotels mark, truly. The staff was extremely helpful and polite but the experience ended there. It didn't appear that there was vermin or bedbugs, which was maybe the other plus. The bed was absolutely terrible to sleep in and may have been the original spring mattress that came with the building. There was hair under the sheets, hair on the pillows, but judging by the wrinkles on the sheets, they may have been (poorly) washed at some point in...

“It was horrible, the worst accommodation ever! Don't stop here... Every person who checked in before and after me had something to arguing with the hotel stuff. Door broken, old bathroom, dirty room, no fridge, no towels for 4, only for one and dirty! It was too late to leave and find something else. Wi-fi didn't work! A horrible night! It seems the hotel never had a refreshing in 50 years and more! Avoid it!”

“Everything was good.”

“Although my stay was pretty much as I expected it would be. There was one issue. The blackout curtains were stationary at the edges of the window sill. Which allowed the lights from the parking lot to shine into the room.”

“The hotel was directly off the interstate, which made it very convenient, there were restaurants within a half mile to a mile, and the room was very clean and quiet.”
