However, internet didn't work -- and when I called front desk about it, they blamed it on an alleged firewall I may have and wanted me to call -- on a Saturday night -- some tech support guy. Ridiculous -- internet should be flawless. Also, I was happy there was a Keurig in my room, but it didn't work either. ”

When checking in I had to park on the 5th level. 1) The elevator at the garage was out of order so I had to take the stairs even though I was recently recovering from a broken foot. When I complained at the hotel they said it was not their garage a that the elevator had been out of order for over a year!
