Hotel a Veedersburg

“Room, stay and staff were all good. Hotel does not have an elevator.”

“I booked the room for my husband & son who were going to the zoo Tues. morning. The car broke down, stranding them on the road. I contacted the hotel to see if we could get our fee waived due to circumstance (can provide proof of breakdown). They said only Expedia could waive fee. Expedia said it was up to hotel & they spoke to hotel & said I'd get an email. So far, the only email from Hampton is this. "How was your stay?" Well, I really DIDN'T enjoy paying over a hundred and eighty five...

“The breakfast with made to order omelet was excellent!! Nice touch chef was great.”

“No pool. Breakfast was cereal and bread. Very outdated. Seen staff a total of twice.”

“Property in poor condition. I was in a second floor room. Floor had soft spots in front of bathroom door. Carpets need shampooed. Had a baby cockroach in my bathroom. Would recommend not staying there. I definitely won't again!”

“Stains on bed linens, no bar soap for sink, floor was buckling, large scratches in the paint on the walls, multiple bugs flying around the room. For recently renovated rooms, there was plenty of room for improvement.”

“Our room was filthy. My husband went across the street to get Clorox wipes so we could sanitize the room. There was hair all over the bathroom. Our tub would not drain and I had to stand in standing water because we were in a hurry to get out in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and I will not be going back.”

“We absolutely loved having brown stains on our ceiling, mattresses and sheets. The toilet didn’t flush properly, had to beg for towels and toilet paper. Sheets didn’t fit the bed and we had to constantly pull them back on. Beds way too small. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. It was a dismal experience.”

“Basic no frills hotel. However, the room was clean and beds were comfortable. I would stay again for a short stay.”

“The internet didn't work properly when we arrived so I had to call the front desk. She came up and got it working. The breakfast was fine.”

“Will never stay there again! Worse night! Was kept awake till 3:40 am with slamming doors, cussing , yelling Dogs barking , etc. Expedia did nothing about refund on other two nights .. we cancelled the other two nights we were supposed to stay s and went somewhere else. Bed was hard as concrete! Hotel wouldn’t help said we had to go thru Expedia for refund. No help.”
