“The house was nice and clean, but the beach was too far other than that I recommend staying there”

“Ric was great! He kept in touch with us throughout our stay! The villa was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you’re thinking about it, just go for it. You won’t regret it.”

“Sammy was so helpful with upfront information, local advice and help with questions about the property”

“Nice and clean space ”

“Probably the best view in old San Juan. The building was so unique. Rooftop terrace was amazing. Just what we were hoping for.”

“It was ok lot of stuff was broke kitchen waster was not running only two bath towels no rags had a hard time checking in and the door stop working Saturday and no good a/c”

“The property was amazing & was more than enough room for our group of 20 people. Pools were nice & the location couldn’t have better. While there were a few things broken, the host was very quick to respond and to get someone over to help us. Only downside, is they are very strict on quiet hours and being outside past 10pm while simultaneously advertising for big groups, including bachelor / bachelorette trips. Regardless, we all had an amazing time in PR, staying at this property! ”
