A cosy and atmospheric holiday apartment, equipped with all the comfort and luxury you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

The apartment has a private terrace with views of the sea and swimming pool. There is a comfortable living room and an open-plan kitchen with all the appliances and amenities you would expect from a modern kitchen. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. A second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. A travel cot can be provided for babies up to 2 years old.

A second bathroom is available for stays with 3 or more guests.

Wi-Fi and air conditioning (heating/cooling) are available.

Bed linen, towels, pool/beach towels and sun loungers by the pool are included in the price.

Pets are not allowed.

There is a Mercadona nearby (10 minutes’ walk).
A car is not necessary during your stay.

Guest access

In addition to the apartment, you can make use of the swimming pool and playground.

For longer-term rentals (> 1 month), there is the possibility of using the underground parking.

Please respect the check-in and check-out times, so that the people responsible for the final cleaning have sufficient time to prepare the apartment.

Please respect the designated private areas.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Outside, please extinguish cigarette butts in the designated ashtrays.

Please dispose of waste in the bins and kindly take it to the municipal waste containers yourself.

It is not permitted to hang clothes or towels over the glass balcony railing to dry.

The opening hours of the swimming pool and playground are 10:00–22:00.

Food is not permitted in the swimming pool area or in the playground.

No parties, events or excessive noise.

Please respect the peace and quiet of the other residents, particularly between 15:30 and 17:00.
