“This was a business trip for me. Way better than hotels, quiet, and comfortable. Lovely decorated old house apartment. A tad cozy but over all comfortable. I wasn’t there all day but it was nice to head back to after my very odd and unpredictable hours. The laundry facility came in handy, $1.50 to wash, $1.00 to dry. Need quarters. The property was well supplied with all the comforts and kitchen necessities. Too bad I didn’t have time to cook. Probably the best spice rack and condiment inventory...

“We enjoyed our stay in Minot at this quaint, cute and cleverly decorated apartment. At the time we stayed there, we were the only "guests" in the house, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Thank you two for creating this nice place to stay.”

“Although the property is not on Audubon Lake, it is within walking distance, and there are a couple of nearby places to put a boat in. There is a scenic view out the back, overlooking the rolling hills and a pond.
