“We only stayed 1 night (for the Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival), as we booked last minute and this was the only hotel with a room left. For the price, it satisfied us. The 2 outdoor seating areas were nice to have a drink in the evening. We did not use the pool, but it looked well-maintained. The included continental breakfast was very convenient and we appreciated that. ”

“The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. “The entire stay was a complete mess from start to finish. The building looks nothing like the photos online, which was disappointing right away. When we entered the room, it smelled strongly of mildew and was clearly not clean. There was a dirty, wet rag left on the bathroom counter, and even worse, another rag that appeared to have feces on it.
The bathroom itself was in terrible condition, with a moldy shower and curtain. To make matters worse, the locks in the building were malfunctioning,...
