“When I arrived at the hotel, I had to mail a card for a family member’s birthday. The General Manager, Tonya, helped me to do and went out of her way to ensure my card got mailed out in time. When I checked out of the hotel I left my necklace in the room and Tonya went out of her way to quickly check on my necklace and immediately responded to me and made certain my necklace was mailed out to me that day. Tonya and the other staff are very helpful! ”

Il costo delle stanze era altamente spoporzionato alla qualità del hotel e dei servizi. La posizione era molto brutta per arrivare al centro e alle spiagge. Molto deluso dalla scelta...era tra gli hotel consigliati da Expedia”

“Everything was clean, room was great, pool was nice, breakfast was awesome every day, staff is super friendly. The only negative thing I saw was there were very tiny ants in our room on the second floor. It wasn’t a huge amount but occasionally I would see one in the bathroom or kitchen. We will stay here again.”

“We arrived late and slept well with no noise or problems of any type. Great shower products and lotion in the bathroom. ”

“They did not have an alarm clock, or any other clock in the room. I complained and asked for one to be delivered, but they never fulfilled that request. Also, when requesting an alarm clock, they said to just use a wake up call, and the wake up call did not come at the promised time. Those two actions together, is unacceptable for a property of this stature.”

The nighttime guy Derek was there again and I can't say enough about him. He is so personable, funny and really goes out of his way to make our stay great.
