Spacious 2,300 sq ft pool home right on a beautiful golf course with 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, office, laundry, huge living, dining room and kitchen. Large 20 foot sliding glass wall opens completely to your private pool area for indoor/outdoor living. The famous golf course is your backyard providing million dollar view. Minutes from the best beaches in the country. Only 4 miles from Caspersen Beach. Less than 2 miles from famous restaurants, Two minutes to grocery stores, Target and Walmart. This home has everything you could want: On a large half acre lot on quite street. Large circular driveway with plenty of parking.

Private pool is heated in winter months. This year we upgraded the heating system to ensure the pool is between 85-90 degrees with no extra charge. The pool area is shaded and has lots of room to handout and enjoy the amazing panoramic golf course view by the pool.

Kitchen fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, glasses, silverware, etc.

Laundry room with washer and dryer.

En-suite master bedroom and updated shower with grab bars.
The huge living and dinning rooms offer golf course and pool views.

Two master bedrooms have a tiled walk-in shower and direct pool access. You can enjoy your coffee on the peaceful patio by the swimming pool overlooking the golf course.

Located on the golf course that is open to the public 7 days a week with driving range.

Private office with desk, Herman Miller chair and fast WiFi perfect for remote working.

Luxury furniture provides comfort and relaxation.

Venice offers 14 miles of beaches, from Casey Key to Manasota Key, and plenty of recreational opportunities, including swimming, sunbathing, fishing and boating.
Golfers enjoy excellent courses in the greater Venice area.

Chk in was done on line and process went smoothly. Our online host, Tom, was helpful, responsive, welcoming, and available. The place was so clean, and nicely decorated....the online photos were accurate but didn't do it justice...it actually was nicer than the online photos.

This was the second time our family stayed at Tom’s home. There’s lots of room for family to spread out and relax. The bedroom areas can be closed off so having little ones nap is easy. There’s also a great toy closet! The kitchen was well equipped. I’m sure we’ll stay there again in the future.

This property is as pictured but much larger than it appears. Great layout with the bedrooms on either side of the gathering area. Probably the cleanest property we've ever stayed at. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely return.

Wonderful Spot for Family Vacation

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay in Venice! The host was very responsive to all messages and had everything prepared in the home for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. The house was as pictured, very neat, clean and well laid out for traveling with extended family and children. We stayed here for our son’s wedding weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We travel often, and this was by far the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, beautifully spacious, and the pool was absolutely gorgeous. Having our daughter-in-law’s family close by made it even more special—this will definitely be our go-to place from now on. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish!

Absolutely perfect!

This spacious house and comfortable pool were everything we had expected and hoped for. The entire family enjoyed the pool temperature which was between 85 and 90. Decembers in Florida can be rather cool but the pool was not! There were many beach accessories including a cooler which we used. The layout of the house is absolutely perfect with spacious common areas and pocket doors to separate the bedroom areas from the great room, kitchen and dining area. The Office was perfect for baby’s naps in the pack and play provided. Wowsie on the huge Toy Closet! It wasn’t just the baby who was impressed with the contents. THANK YOU, Tom, who is a very responsive host. My family all agree this is a 10 out of 10 home for us and would like to return.

A wonderful stay

This house is very clean and spacious. We had four adults and an 18 month old baby. There is even a toy closet which she had a grand time exploring. The kitchen is quite large and can accommodate more than one cook. This is also close to my mother’s apartment in Venice so it was a very convenient location. This house is close to all kinds of shopping as well. We will most likely rent this house again.

This property was very clean and convenient to everything. There was plenty of parking. The house layout was perfect. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. So Close To It All

The house is exactly as posted online. If it’s golfing you are looking for; the course is right in your back yard. Choice of Beaches within minutes of each other. Braves Stadium about 5-10 minutes down the road with an excellent tikki bar and music. Check out Whellan Park shops, Restaurants with Friday night music. Tom, is very helpful with answering any questions. The house has a great pool for relaxing after a day at the beach, or out exploring the many things to do. The house has an amazing toy closet for the little ones. Even had toiletries and shampoos to start off the stay. Grocery store and stores about a 5 minute or less drive. Neighborhood is quiet. Definitely would stay again with a large group. We gathered for a 70th Wedding Anniversary. Thanks Tom for letting us stay in this beautiful property and answering all of our questions promptly.

Excellent Home away from Home

Property is very nice. Quiet neighborhood and sits on the front nine of Venice golf course. Property was as described in the listing. Over 2K+ sq feet so was easy to spread out and have space with 5 people staying. Nice lounge area by the pool. The weather was colder during our stay (last week of Jan) so was hard to swim in the pool - was not really warm enough. Great place to enjoy vacation and close to beaches and restaurants in the area
