1. Space: the room is really tiny, and the stated 10-12 sqm includes the bathroom, so taking that out would leave you about 6-7 sqm. with a queen sized bed inside, you'd technically have no room to move around without hitting a wall or something around!
In addition, the luggage storage space would suit only the cabin sized bags, if you have any bigger size luggage (regular ones that you check into an airline, it'd not fit there. Photos for reference)
On top of that, the ceiling was so low, it'd make you feel trapped and not easy to fall asleep with such a low ceiling.
2. Stairs: super narrow staircase, with one floor blocked, so and give there's no room on the 2nd floor, you have to lift your luggage at least 3 levels up! We really had hard time for check in and check out, and the stairs took about actual 4-5 minutes to drags the luggage one level at a time.
If you're travelling from overseas or have a regular sized luggage, certainly consider the long, narrow stairs as well as no storage for your luggage in the room! We basically couldn't take a proper shower (due to the tiny size of everything) or change dress (as we couldn't open our larger bags)
3. Unlike what is shown in the photos for the breakfast area, there's a sign stating no food or drink to be consumed here! It's basically a large, empty space that'd give you a damp feeling passing by :/
4. There's no hot water, kettle, or amenities as such in this building. We've been told to go to their desk on
