Beautiful Unique Canal front-open Modern LOFT in the historical center of Venice

Real, unique, modern and extraordinary waterfront loft of 130m² with large windows overlooking the canal with a little pier located in the historic center of Venice in the district of Cannaregio.
This district is very authentic and in a quiet area in the north of the city.

The loft is dispatched on two levels:
on the ground level of 80m² there is the living room with two sofas, a coffee table and a smart satellite TV with international channels, a dining area with a dining table for 6, a desk for your computer, a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, and everything you need to cook with oven, microwave, gas stove, pans and kitchenware, and bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, soaps and shampoos ans also all the linen you need.
On the upper level of 50m² two bedrooms with queen size beds - all home linen provided - with a large wardrobe, night tables with lights and nice armchairs.

In the whole space during summer you will have A/C, during winter you will have central heat and also available all year two fans.

We also provide a large choice of books, city guides, addresses for your stay in Venice as well as a full booklet with all instructions needed for our home.

You can access the loft easily and quickly from the airport by public boat (ALILAGUNA) the boat stop is at 5 minutes walk or by water taxi you can arrive directly in the living room of the house, as you have a little pier right in front of the house.

We can organise for you water taxi pick up from the airport and to the airport or to any other destination in Venice and also any type of booking for restaurants for example, don't hesitate to ask.

Yes, on the water! Drop off and pick up by a water taxi. No lugging suitcases through the streets of Venice like a tourist. Everything is in walking distance from the apartment. There are a number of local restaurants near the apartment that are excellent and not tourist traps. There are Vaporetto stops near the apartment if needed. Get a multi day pass and hop on and off the Vaporette. Get a seat in the back of the Vaporette and enjoy the views for free. The pictures are true and correct. The apartment is clean and fully stocked. The host communication is excellent. Our original VRBO (different property) booking canceled within 12 hours of the checking in, Melina saved our vacation. The house is unique with stairs to the loft area that is the sleeping area. The bath is on the 1st floor. You really do feel like a Venetian walking in and out of the front door of this property. Very quite and safe residential neighbor. Communication was excellent. There was a host at the apartment waiting for us. Everything was easy to arrange due to Melina communication. Thank you for sharing the property and being a great host!
