Canal View - PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION

TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL:
- The cleaning fee is not included in the price and will be collected upon arrival €75 per reservation
- The city council applies a tourist tax that has to be collected by hosts. The tax amounts to: €4 per night per person up to the 5th night , €2 per night per child (from 10 to 16 years-old), children under 10 are not subject to the tourist tax. The tax will be collected at the time of the check-in in cash.
-The regular check-in time is until 8:00pm. After 8:00pm, it is still possible to check-in with an extra fee, which amounts to Eur. 35 from 8:00pm to 10:00pm and Eur. 65 from 10pm to midnight. After midnight Eur. 120.
-Infants from 0 to 2 years-old are entitled to a reduced fee for extra guests. Children will only pay €10 per night due upon arrival. The apartment will be equipped with a baby crib prepared with linen, a small pillow with its cover and a small blanket. You will also be given one additional large towel.

Ca' Laguna is an exquisite and romantic apartment located in the heart of Venice. Facing the canal, this cozy apartment welcomes you with ancient furniture set in an elegant Venetian atmosphere. Comfortably located on the ground floor with plenty of natural sunlight, this bright apartment greets you with a living room and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a restful bedroom and a spacious bathroom that together provide appealing comfort.

Ca'Laguna is located in the historic center of Venice and it is convenient for reaching Rialto and San Marco in a short time (on foot) but at the same time the area is less touristy and more Venetian.

We provide free Wi-Fi (fiber optic), TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, safe, coffee maker, teapot, toaster .... And the indispensable mosquito net for the summer! We are super equipped also for babies. We provide a comfortable cot complete with linen. On request also toys, stroller, high chair, plates and glasses.

At the check-in, we will meet you at the closest boat stop, Fondamente Nuove or at the apartment, if you prefer. We will give you very detailed instructions on how to easily reach.

Water Taxi – If you prefer to travel by taxi to have a faster and more comfortable trip, we can book one for you. Just let us know and we will take care of everything.

Custom Check-in: If you wish to be met at the airport, train station or bus station, we can come to pick you up there, so everything will be even simpler. Check-in from airport €65, check-in from bus station/train station €35.

Although less touristy, the area of Cannaregio, provides a convenient location to comfortably reach every corner of Venice on foot.

This area is a typical example of the residents' life and has many supermarkets, restaurants and an excellent transportation network.

Walking around and reaching different places of the city on foot is surely possible, easy and convenient but the public transportation network efficiently covers the area.
