Discover Dolcevita in Venice – your stylish Venetian retreat!

Located in the heart of Venice’s vibrant Rialto shopping district, you’re just steps from the Grand Canal, St. Mark’s Square, and Santa Lucia Station. Whether for business or leisure, this loft with a charming terrace offers a perfect base to explore the city.

Our privately-owned properties are right in the center of Venice, close to iconic landmarks. The cozy rooftop terrace is ideal for a morning espresso or an evening aperitivo, soaking in the Venetian atmosphere.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or a trip with 2–3 friends, the loft features elegant wood ceilings, modern touches, and quality lighting that create a bright, relaxing, and quiet space away from the crowds. Local restaurants, cultural cafés, a supermarket, and the shopping district are all nearby.

Step into comfort with a king-size shower and unwind on the rooftop patio, where an aperitivo among lush greenery and blooming flowers turns every evening into a special moment. Cook, sip, and relax in the modern, fully equipped kitchen stocked with all essentials, plus complimentary tea, coffee, and a Nespresso machine. With an oven and microwave ready to use, everything you need for a perfect stay is at your fingertips.

The queen-size bed (150x190 cm) with premium Italian mattress and memory foam topper ensures a restful sleep. A single bed (190x90 cm) is available if needed: €35 extra per night for 2 guests wanting separate beds; included if you’re 3 guests.

The loft is a cozy, quiet nest in a genuine local neighborhood, just 15–20 minutes on foot from San Marco, Rialto, and the Art Biennale. The area still preserves the charm of old Venice, and the Grand Canal is just a few meters away.

Situated on the second floor (no elevator) with fast fiber Wi-Fi, laundry service is not available (but there is a laundrymat pretty cheap close to the house). Bags can be safely stored before check-in or after check-out – very convenient, close to the station and Alilaguna shuttle pier.

City Tourist Tax: €4 per person/night. ID/passport registration required in advance.

For your safety, the apartment is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher.

Self check-in is available! For security reasons and according to the City of Venice regulations, we do need to verify your ID or passport in person upon arrival. More details can be found on the official Council of Venice website.

The single bed (190 × 90 cm) is discreetly prepared in the bedroom, alongside the queen-size bed, upon request and only when required.

For two guests wishing to enjoy separate sleeping arrangements, the additional single bed is available at a supplementary charge of €35 per night.

Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge and may be accommodated in a complimentary crib.

HOUSE RULES

If you are 2 guests and want to sleep in 2 different beds, because you don’t wanna share the queen size bed, a single bed will be prepared and you will be asked to pay 35 euro extra. I need to know that you want a second bed with at least 48 hours notice, if you are 2 guests.

Late check out: up to 1pm, max. It will cost you 35 euros, please tell Mirco with at least 48 hours notice.

Want separate beds for 2 guests? Extra €35 (ask 48h in advance).
3 guests? Extra bed is already included.

💧 Tap water is perfectly safe to drink in Venice. No need to buy bottles of water during your stay.

The heating in winter is controlled by a domotic app and is totally centralised: 21 C degree during the day (6:30am-11:30pm) 20 degree at night (23:31 to 06:29). A/c is not available in winter.

A/C available from 15 June to 15 September. Turn off the A/C unit when you are not in the room. Close the windows when you are using the A/C.
Heating system on from 15 November to 31 March.

On check-out day before you leave, please start the dishwasher (using the tablets under the sink) - or simply wash by hands your dishes (glass, plates, cutlery, etc.).
If you lose the key, you will be charged 190 euros.

10pm to 9am is silent time: please do not play music too loud during those hours, particularly on the terrace, or neighbors might complain.

This is an open space loft and if you are more than 2 guests, there will be very little privacy since the 2 beds will be placed not in 2 different rooms, but in the same one.

Please close the wooden shutters in the house to prevent sunlight to go through the windows. This will assure you also complete privacy and you will not be disturbed by birds ◡̈
If you are 3 guests, the single bed will be available in addition to the regular double bed.

Please wash the wine glasses by hand. Placing them in the dishwasher would cause them to break.

The property is not advertised with TV. If you need a television, please do not book this property. If you book this property and then you write a review in the one you mention (as a negative aspect) that you didn’t find a TV, you will be charged 250 euros.
