  • Immobile del '500, situato in pieno centro storico, a 200 metri da Piazza San Marco, recentemente ristrutturato con ampie scale in pietra d'Istria.
    L' appartamento si trova al secondo piano, misura 80 metri quadri, con due balconi affacciantisi sulle Mercerie, l'arteria principale di Venezia.
    Da qui potrete andare comodamente a piedi in ogni parte della città, scoprendo le zone più nascoste, le calli e i campielli meno rinomati ed assaporando nello stesso tempo il piacere di essere a due passi dal bacino di San Marco in una autentica dimora veneziana.

The host was absolutely amazing. She kept in constant contact with us to meet at the boat dock. Walked us to the property explaining surrounding attractions. Once at the property, she went over everything. She was extraordinary!

We had 2 couples staying in the apartment for four nights. The location and size of the rooms were PERFECT- the pictures in the listing do not do the the apartment justice - very nicely equipped and clean. I highly recommend!

Amazing Apartment

My husband, 22 year old daughter, 20 year old son, and I stayed in this apartment 05/14/23 to 05/16/23 for a few days after our cruise. The apartment was in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to St. Mark’s Square in one direction and a five minute walk to the Rialto Bridge in the other direction. It was stocked with everything we needed, including a welcome bottle of Prosecco. There was plenty of room for all four of us. We will stay there again if ever we return to Venice.

Great apartment -Great location

This apartment is so comfortable and in the middle of the best part of Venice! The apartment has been updated and has all the conveniences needed. It is on the third floor so pack light for those stairs. Shopping, restaurants and museums are all steps away. Consider yourself lucky if you can get this sweet property for your travel plans. We were met at the dock so we didn’t have to struggle around the town to find the apartment. Communications between us and the property manager was quick and effective.

l'appartement de SERENA: ideal pour visiter la SERENISSIME

difficile de trouver un meilleur emplacement dans Venise: à quelques pas de la place SAN MARCO, à quelques minutes du RIALTO, à quelques dizaines de minutes des points les plus excentrés comme le GHETTO ou les superbes jardins du CASTELLO. Parfait aussi pour se reposer entre deux ballades ou pour dejeuner. Pas de problême pour l'approvisionnement: on trouve tout ce qui est necessaire à coté. appartement trés agréable trés propre, élégant: confort moderne, deco trés locale tout en restant sobre, bref on se sent tout de suite chez soi. Pas de problême non plus pour trouver l'adresse ( toujours un peu angoissant quand on arrive de loin) puisque Serena vient vous prendre par la main à votre arrivée à VENISE et passe le temps nécessaire pour vous donner toutes les explications et conseils que vous pouvez souhaiter. Un excellent séjour donc avec en prime un temps superbe ...je recommande ... et reviendrai! ph. Debrun

un très bel endroit pour passer quelques jours de vacances

Très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée au vaporeto , nous avons profité pleinement de la très bonne situation de cet appartement à quelques centaines de mètres de la place St Marco . L'agencement intérieur est bien fait et avec gout ,les lits et les couettes (en plumes ) sont de très bonne qualité . Un petit bémol peut être un peut plus de vaisselle à quatre cela oblige à faire tourner le lave vaisselle à chaque repas et changer la machine à expresso qui fuit ...si non tout est bien et bien isolé dans une vivante . Beau séjour ,nous recommandons vivement cette location .

Super apartment

We spent several days at the end of August in the two bedroom apartment. We are a family of four with twin boys aged twelve. It was super - very modern, comfortable, roomy and well designed. And the a/c worked very well, which was an added benefit given the high temperatures in Venice when we were there. Serena is lovely and communicative. Unfortunately we did not meet her as she was away when we arrived but her equally lovely friend met us at the vaporetto and spent time with us showing us how to use the washing machine and dishwasher, etc. and suggested restaurants and sites, pointing them out on a map she provided us. The apartment is very close to San Marco square which means the area can get busy, but it also means there are also lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself was perfectly quiet with the windows shut. We didn't cook while there but we did make use of a great espresso maker and the kitchen seemed quite adequate. It's worth noting that the apartment is located on the second floor, so there are a couple flights of stairs to climb, so pack lightly😉 We had a great time and enjoyed this apartment very much. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Venice.

Serena is a wonderful host. The reservation via e-mail was flawless. One of her friends waited for us at a taxi stop near the apartment, gave us a lot of useful advices together with a bottle of Prosecco from our host. Nice touch! The apartment had everything we needed, looked as in the pictures, 5 minutes from San Marco, clean and quiet. We had a wonderful stay and if we'll ever go to Venice in the future,we'll try to rent it again. Our thanks for both Serena's :). Mille grazie!

Heart of Venice

The apartment was great, spacious, clean, and centrally located. Serena, the landlord, communicated with us prior to arrival, gave good instructions for using the water bus, and met us at the pier. She warmly welcomed us, showed us to the property, and gave us highlights and suggestions for the area. Great property! Thank you Serena!

Our stay in December

The apartment's location was perfect. Really great space for a short stay. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Serena was available for all pre-check in questions and super friendly. She was not available to greet us, but her assistant was nice and helped us find a local pharmacy. We stayed in December, and the overhead heaters were powerful and kept us warm. There was a washer, but no dryer. There was a heated towel rack in the bathrooms that you could use to dry clothes. The TV was not a smart TV and had very few English speaking channels. We are a family that likes to unwind in the evenings with some TV/movies. We used our laptop instead which was fine for our short trip. The two bathrooms were nice, but the showers were not that strong. I would recommend the place for a short visit, but we would miss the amenities for anything longer. I do want to stress how perfect the location was. It was lovely to look out the small balcony and see the shops and people down below. In December, the city was absolutely beautiful with all the lights and tasteful decorations.

As others have stated, Serena was so great about meeting us at the vaporetto stop & showing us to the apartment and explaining everything. Really great location — just a few minutes from Rialto Bridge & 1 minute to St. Marks. Apartment had everything we needed — including laundry detergent — so we didn’t need to purchase any household items. A few restaurants downstairs & “half a block” away we’re good & welcome at end of tiring days. Grocery was within 2 short blocks (Venice “blocks) not big city blocks if you wanted any food in apartment.

This apartment was even larger and nicer than the photos indicate. Selena was a wonderful host, meeting us at the water taxi and walking us through the crazy streets of Venice to her beautiful apartment. We only wish we had stayed longer!

Lovely apartment, great location

Serena met us at the water taxi and guided us to the apartment, just a 5-minute walk. She also gave us several recommendations on where to eat, etc.. The location is fantastic, close to coffee shops and Piazza San Marco. The apartment is comfortable and was perfect for 2 couples, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We ate at 2 of the places she recommended, both of which were excellent. Would gladly stay here again!

Perfect location for seeing Venice!

This apartment was spotlessly clean and perfectly situated a very short walk to St Marks square and maybe 5 minutes to the Rialto stop. Many cafes, restaurants and shops are nearby. We were able to stop in at the apartment during the day or after a tour before heading out for our afternoon plans. Serena met us by the boat when we arrived and showed us in with warm hospitality. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who values a convenient location for seeing this beautiful city—. Gratzie Serena!
