Comfy, clean, private home IN Venice, Florida; Heated Pool, Minutes to the Beach

Very clean, private home IN Venice, Florida. Amazing location; less than a mile to restaurants, shopping and grocery. 2 bed 2 bath (2 additional semi-private twin beds in the lanai that has central air) with heat pump heated screened in pool and FREE WIFI. Quiet friendly neighborhood just minutes to beaches and downtown Venice where you can shop during the day and listen to great music and dance the night away on the weekends. There is always something happening in the area.

We have included most kitchen amenities (Keurig, regular programmable coffee maker, waffle iron, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, coffee grinder, blender, iron and ironing board). There is a washer and dryer. You will be your own dishwasher for the time being so we supply paper plates and bowls. There are nice ceramic dishes that you can also use. We have included k-pods and sweetener, several spices, some condiments, cooking spray, dish detergent, clothes detergent and dryer sheets, paper towels and toilet paper. You just need to get a few groceries and you will be at home here. All bath towels, bed linens and pool towels are provided. We have a professional cleaning company come in after every listing and they use the best products available to ensure our guest’s safety for a worry free visit. There is a fenced pet area off the screened in pool area for your fur baby to run without a leash.

The house was clean and spacious. It had all the amenities that we needed. The fenced in pet area was awesome to let the dog out. The host answered all our questions before booking and responded in a timely manner. Directv and wifi worked well. Parking is about 2 cars in driveway and 2 in grass. Parking on street is limited. The pool area didn't have a table to sit at to eat outside. Also, the pool screen blocked most of the sun.

We stayed only a quick two nights so didn’t use the pool, but it looks very clean and inviting. The house is well located, immaculate and the hosts provided more than enough info before getting there. The thoughtful little things to make it easier is a very appreciated nice touch. I would definitely recommend to both family and individuals and would go back.

Nice clean and safe neighborhood. The owners have nice shark tooth hunting equipment they let us use that worked great. The pool is nice and private plus has a convenient fenced dog area. Everything worked perfectly as far as the TV, Kitchen and WIFI. Just a couple suggestions. No glass allowed around the pool which should be self explainable. The only problem all coffee mugs are glass. A cheap supply of Styrofoam Cups would be nice or let people know to bring their own. Coffee in the morning by the pool protected from bugs would be nice. The second bedroom could use a TV. Didn't bother us as we never used that bedroom but with kids could have made a difference. All in all a great stay. Close to everything.

Love Love Love

What an absolutely incredible place! I just had the most amazing long weekend with my two nieces and their adorable one-year-old daughters, and we couldn't have loved it more! The house was spotless, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the pool? Simply fantastic! Our hosts were truly wonderful—so attentive with communication and full of great suggestions. I can't recommend this home enough! It was an unforgettable getaway!

Great long weekend

Our family has made several trips to Vinice over the last few years from the east coast of Florida and this stay didn’t disappoint. We found the home to be a nice open layout and got great use of the pool. Very close to grocery and located not far from any beach. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood as well.

Perfect for families

Even though we had a short stay the property was perfect for our family! Our children absolutely enjoyed the pool and the location was close to everything we needed! The host was so kind to even offer to set up an extra bed for our children which we didn’t need! The house was very clean, the beds were super comfy and the home had everything we could possibly need if we didn’t have it! We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!

July 4th family vacation

We had a fantastic stay over the July 4th holiday! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.
