We are happy to present this newly updated 2 bedroom 2 bath property, Just 2 miles to the beach, shark tooth capital. A tranquil screened in lanai with a tropical view of the lush Florida foliage and a new BBQ grill for the griller in your group.

Quick 7 minute drive to Cool Today Sports Complex to enjoy Spring Training at its best!

Well appointed bedrooms with a Queen bed with an en-suite in the Master, and a Queen bed in the Guest bedroom with a tub / shower combo bathroom.

Maximum occupancy of 4 Guests this does include all kiddo's.

Cypress Cottage will give you all the comforts of a real beach home - not just a rental! Provided on property is beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart and cooler provided.

Come and visit tropical Venice to get out of the frigid cold and enjoy the most amazing winter months. 5 minutes to the ferry, launch a kayak or boat, 7 minute drive to Sharky's on the pier for tropical drinks and fresh Gulf fish and to downtown Venice for an array of dining, shopping and entertainment! 5 minutes to Shamrock Ferry and boat launch - come launch your kayak or boat or to simply enjoy access to this private beach area of Venice for beach therapy. It won't disappoint!

Pet friendly -One dog ONLY - 25 pounds or less. Non refundable pet fee - $250.00. Host MUST approve pet PRIOR to booking.

*Please Note: Reservations that are 21 nights (approved) or longer will require an interim clean every 2 weeks at $150.00 at Guest expense.

Single car garage and up to 3 vehicles per rental.

Sarasota and the surrounding area have noise ordinances. Noise Ordinances go into effect at 9:00 pm, which pertain to loud music, loud voices, loud sounds coming from the property after 9:00 pm. If the police or management company are called due to the renters or guests disturbing the peace, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement immediately, without refund.

Property owner and or their agent DO NOT offer Concierge Services. As a courtesy we will offer dining, shopping, entertainment recommendations only. We will not provide additional services that are not outlined in the rental agreement.

Enjoyed this property!

This house provided a clean and comfortable space for our 2 week stay in Venice, FL. The screened-in lanai with grill was definitely enjoyed throughout our stay. Close proximity to beaches (short drives), Venice downtown, and Englewood were all benefits of this property. Host Jacklyn was always very helpful and responsive. Would recommend this property for a stay in South Venice.

Excellent stay

Nicely decorated house in a very convenient location. Only 5 minutes or so to the beach, and very close to downtown Venice. Less than 10 minutes from the nicest dog beach in Florida.

Clean, comfortable & close to beach

Good first impression, just like photo. Wish thistles in front yard had been clipped or destroyed. Very clean. We fix lots of meals, so only 4 place settings required using dishwasher constantly (a drainer would alleviate this inconvenience). Need more glassware also. Water softener was out of salt. Get rid of damaged tub & broken trash container on side of garage. Lovely screened-in porch & deck in back yard with privacy provided with plantings. Cooked lots on the wonderful grill. Only 6 blocks to quiet beach (not young adults being crazy), where we found lots of sharks teeth while walking. Appreciated chairs, umbrellas & towels provided. Several golf courses nearby. Would rent again.
