This apartment is on first floor and located in the heart of Venice, enjoys an extraordinary centrality, a real 3-minute walk from San Marco Square , the Correr Museum, Palazzo Ducale and Via Larga XXII Marzo with its string of big brand names and Calle Vallaresso on which overlooks Tiffany, Missoni, Etro, Cavalli, etc., as well as the famous Harry's Bar restaurant.

It is 100 meters from the public Calle Vallaresso water buses. This 57 sqm apartment, with its own entrance, has been recently restored and consists of: 2 double bedrooms both with SMART TV HD, elegantly furnished with beds 190x200 and complete with all comforts, a dining room a bright kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator , toaster. Also free Wi-Fi, independent heating and air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, iron, safe deposit box and mosquito nets to all windows.

On request, for younger guests, we can also provide a camping cot. Included, bed linen and towels for the entire duration of your stay.

HEATING: Central heating system is activated in the apartments, according to Italian laws in the province of Venice from October 15th until April 15th. A/C is available from 15th of April to 10 of October. These decision are executed by the City of VENICE and expected to be followed by every citizen or not.

We kindly ask you to provide us with your arrival details no later than two days before your check in date ( train, plane, car ) in order to give you complete instructions and make an appointment for your accomodation.

- From Airport: about 2 hours with public transportation
- From Train Station or Parking : about one hour with public transportation

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:
- Rental agreement signature required, as mandated by Italian law
- The number of guests occupying the apartment must NOT exceed 4

CHECK-IN:
- Our staff will welcome you at the apartment by appointment, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
- Late check-in requests (from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM) must be arranged at the time of booking, possibly accepted by us if possible, and are subject to an additional fee. Requests made on the day of arrival will not be considered, as they do not allow us to adequately organize the service.
- Self check-in and unattended key collection are not permitted.

In case you want to arrive before 3 pm and leave your suitcases it is possible, but upon prior request at the time of your reservation to make an appointment according to your precise arrival details.



City tax, of Euro 4 per person per day, is requested from the city of Venice to every Guest and has to be balance cash on check in.

We required a demage refundable deposit of Euro 150 with preauthorisation on your credit card that we realease on check out
