In the dining room there is an extensible table for up to 10 people and a well-equipped full-optional kitchen.



The apartment features in total 4 double bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The main bedroom with king size mattress and en-suite bathroom offers a stunning canal view; the 2nd bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can also be used as a double bed, this is the most spacious and offers a stunning view on the square and the church; the 3rd bedroom is a little smaller, faces onto private gardens and has a queen size bed; at the ground floor there is a 4th extremely spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom, completely independent from the first floor and accessible from the communal entrance room. It can be used as double or twin on request.



The highlights of this property are the amazing views that can be enjoyed from almost every room on the Canal, Church, Square and the famous Squero di San Trovaso, the historic Gondola yard known to be the last still active in Venice main island.



The amenities of this home include high quality bed linens and towels for each guest, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle, etc. There is a Nespresso coffee maker at the apartment.

Not included in the price: € 400 Security Deposit by credit card at check-in



Not included in the price: tourist tax in cash at the check in : € 4 per person per night, to be paid for the first 5 nights only, children 10-15 years of age half price, under 10 years of age free.



The total number of people cannot exceed the maximum number of people allowed at the apartment stated on our website (children also).



Please let us know how you would like your beds to be prepared (singles or doubles) or the apartment will be prepared as shown on your booking confirmation. If that is not the way you prefer your bed layout then it can be changed by our maid at your expense.



Please inform us of your arrival time no later than 7 days prior to arrival so that we can plan your check-in at the apartment. It is possible to check in from 14.00 until 20.00 and from 20.00 until maximum midnight at a 50 euro cash fee, to be paid to the person meeting you.



Please be aware that check-out time is 10.00 am.



It may be possible to bring your pet prior authorization by the owner at an extra fee of 80 euro per stay. Please, contact us to make your inquiry. Do not request this after you have booked as it will not be possible to cancel free of charge if the owner does not accept your pet.
