PERFETTO

Accoglienza puntuale e molto cortese. Indicazioni sull'abitazione e su come arrivare perfette (forse meglio indicare la fermata di San Samuele, più vicina, anziché Sant'Angelo). Casa perfettamente dotata di ogni necessità. Zona strategica e silenziosa. Cortiletto esclusivo molto godibile. Tutto perfetto e come rappresentato. Torneremo e consiglierò a tutti gli amici e conoscenti questa destinazione. Grazie Irene

A few points...

Owner does not use VRBO for payments and instead uses some third party-software that does not work very well. Paying was a painful process involving many communications with the owner to get it finally done. Another learning is to seek an arrival point for the water taxi that is close to the apartment with the fewest bridges with their stair as possible with luggage. The best is St. Samuel, which has no bridges. The apartment itself is fine and the location is good. The owners attitude is oc one who has been renting the apartments (4) for a little too long and mostly just wants get the job done. Don't expect a warm welcome.

Hidden Gem & Quiet Location

La Corte apartment is wonderful. Just enough small expected things to get you by for a few days like laundry soap, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. And a really nice private courtyard to lounge in, sip wine, or just relax… made our evenings. Can’t go wrong.

Wonderful place and location!

The apartment was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Venice. Was on the first floor and the location was terrific. Had a private patio which was sweet. Can't say enough good things about it! HIGHLY recommend!

Great Central Location!

The apartment itself was very clean and nice! Great location and close to most major sites while still being in a quieter area when you're ready to call it a day. Irene met us at the bus stop and guided us to the apartment. She speaks great English and answered any questions I had very quickly. Very responsive and made our stay very easy and enjoyable! Thank you!

Perfect location

The best thing about this property is the location. Situated in a quiet lane but just a few metres from shops, restaurants and the vaporetto stop on the Grand canal. All the main sites are within easy walking distance. The property was spotless and well equipped. Comfy bed and a cute little courtyard. Only downside was that the accommodation was quite dark and a bit gloomy. Needed lights on at all times. But in the height of the summer the coolness would probably be a welcome relief. Overall, would highly recommend.

Le logement est conforme au descriptif, et l'Hôte et sa fille sont prévenantes. Irène vient nous chercher au débarcadère afin de nous emmener au logement sans avoir à se perdre. La communication était très fluide.

Terrific Venice apartment

This apartment had everything we needed. Also Irene was very helpful. She met us from the Vaporetto stop and led us to the apartment, as well as answering all our questions whenever we texted her.

Great location, property, and service

The property was centrally located and a convenient walk to everything we wanted to see. There was a great restaurant and grocery store right outside. The check in was super easy and it was nice that they made up the sofa before our arrival for the second bed (not typical in VRBOs). We had a problem with mosquitos while we were there but it was handled promptly. The terrace is a wonderful addition but make sure you use bug spray (reference mosquitos above).

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very clean, efficient, comfortable and in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, sites, and transportation. Irene was a wonderful host. The day we arrived she met us at the water stop and walked us to the apartment. Then provided a map with helpful tips of different areas to visit. We had a bumpy start our first day. Our luggage never arrived and we had a small issue with the lock on the front door. Irene and her family assisted with both, quickly responding to our questions and needs, and were very helpful. They made our wonderful stay in Venice stay extra special!

Very nice home in a great location!

Irene was very friendly and came right to Sant Angelo stop to guide us to our apartment. The apartment is conveniently located near a small market, many restaurants and all the sights!

Perfect Location- Best Host!

Irene was a dream from booking and throughout our stay. She made arrangements for our water taxi and met us at the dock. Took us to the impeccable apartment to get us comfortable and had a great list of recommendations. Location could not have been better as we were outside the hustle of the tourist areas but close enough to walk to everything within 10 minutes. LOVED our stay in Venice, thank you!!!

What a wonderful apartment and location

Irene is wonderful. She met us at the vaporetto and took us to the apartment. The apartment is in a great location and it's CLEAN! It's decorated beautifully so that one can feel right at home. Irene was able to answer all our questions and even made suggestions for our stay. We felt she would always be available if need be, but everything went so smoothly that there was no need to contact her once there. We felt comfortable and secure in our apartment. On our last day since check-out was at 11 am and we didn't need to leave until 3 pm, we were able to leave our luggage in the hallway without worry. We met Irene's mom on the last day who was as wonderful as Irene. We most definitely recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Venezia. Thanks Irene and Mom. Ciao, Jeff & Doug
