The second and third bathrooms have respectively stylish bath and a cabin shower and, as the rest of the apartment, have been completely fitted new in August 2014.

The house façade has sun all day as it is exposed south and the canal is quite large but not so busy and noisy as you might expect, the double glazed windows and the centralized air conditioning that provide warm and cool allow the guests to be isolated from any external noise.
