Amici a Venezia
Appartamento in posizione ottima. Arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni confort per una vacanza facile. Lo consiglio vivamente. Se posso fare una sola critica la faccio alla dotazione asciugamani, pochi e scompagnati.

Grazie Monica. I nostri ospiti hanno sempre a disposizione 3 asciugamani per persona, come é prassi anche nei migliori alberghi :-) Secondo la signora delle pulizie, ne avete usati ben di piú... visto che li lasciamo a disposizione. Peccato che non fossero ancora sufficienti... Inoltre, utilizziamo asciugamani di colore grigio. Mi scuso se non erano tutti della stessa marca. Felice comunque che il soggiorno sia stato di vostro gradimento.

Tutto perfetto
Bellissimo appartamento, corrispondente perfettamente alla descrizione, molto pulito, fornito di tutto. La posizione è comodissima per visitare Venezia completamente a piedi. Da non sottovalutare la comodità di avere un supermercato molto fornito a 50 metri dall'appartamento. Ci è stato consentito anche arrivare prima e lasciare l'appartamento dopo gli orari indicati perché non c'erano altri ospiti.

Excellent apartment and great location!
My family of 4 stayed 3 nights at this wonderful apartment. We arrived a little early but were able to meet the representative and leave our suitcases. It was very easy to use google maps to walk around and we were glad to have a grocery store at the end of the street! We found the location to be very good- quiet at night and close to the Vaporetto, Rialto and St. Mark’s square. Both bedrooms are large, as is the bathroom. The living room is comfortable and has good natural lighting. The apartment had very good supplies. We had opened windows to let in a breeze but found out at bedtime that a few mosquitoes got in! We truly enjoyed our stay here (although it was too short!) and would definitely book again for a future trip!

Spacious and fabulous!
Spacious apartment in a fantastic location! Walk to Rialto Bridge in about 5 minutes and to St. Mark’s Square in 10-12 minutes. Apartment as advertised with plenty of space (including nice sized bathroom counter) in a quiet part of the city. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Perfect Venetian Flat
Two families of three found this property perfect for our Venice visit. Very well equipped with plenty of beds for all. Check-in was convenient and flexible as our arrival on boat was delayed. Very clean and great location. Grocery store just steps away and vaporetto stop nearby as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great spot in Venice
This place is an excellent choice if you're looking for a nice, quiet place that is close to Rialto/St. Mark's Plaza, but not at all disturbed by the street noise common to those places. The apartment is very well appointed and within thirty yards of a nice grocery store. You can use this spot to really make whatever you like of your trip to Venice. We thoroughly enjoyed it. *Note - You will need to familiarize yourself with the area landmarks sufficiently to locate the place. Our GPS (iphone maps app) really struggled with it. It isn't that it's specifically hard to find...but our app couldn't do it well at all. This does not detract from the apartment, but is a heads up for any traveler who might use it. I had heard this is not uncommon in Venice.

Do not get lost
Pay attention to wear you are and how you got there. We learned to GPS a really close grocery store. I am sure this would be true of about any place you stay in Venice, buildings are close together and obviously no roads and no cars , wonderful experience. Apartment was clean and located with in walking distance of most everything. Host was helpful and informative.

This was an ideal spot for my family. Very close to all of the major attractions in Venice and there is a very nice supermarket just steps from the front door. Very convenient!

Truly a 5 star property
Location is perfect! Short walk from San Angelo water taxi. Grocery store is literally 1 minute away. Clean and very well stocked apartment. Easy walking location to the major tourist sites. Very quiet and private location. Would 100% stay here again without hesitation.

All you need... and more.
The apartment was lovely, just a bit difficult to fine. Definitely need GPS to locate; especially late at night. The neighborhood is very nice, clean and we felt very safe everywhere we walked. Restaurants nearby and not too for from Rialto Bridge. I would have like a map that i could take with me showing the direction from the apartment to St. Marco square. Overall a great place.

Bel appartement meublé avec goût et bien équipé à part les verres à pied (3 seulement dont un fêlé), il aurait bien de remplacer les verres manquants mais c'est un détail. Schöne Wohnung im Herzen Venedigs
Die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen, wenige Gehminuten von der Rialto-Brücke und somit auch von den Booten (Vaporetto), mit denen man fast rund um die Uhr die wichtigsten Punkte erkunden kann. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist soweit alles vorhanden was man auch in der eigenen Wohnung als Wichtig erachten würde. Der Supermarkt ist keine 50 Meter entfernt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und würden diese Wohnung immer wieder buchen.

We loved the location snd property. We were 5 adults, so the bedroom with 2 twins and a trundle was challenging, but would be well suited for a family with younger children. The communication with host was good, and it was so helpful to have someone meet us at the boat and take us to the apartment!

Amazing Stay in Venice
This apartment is in the perfect location to explore the sites of Venice. It is a very short walk to St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge and many restaurants and shopping. There are several areas to easily pick up a gorgeous gondola ride. Communication from the host was quick and she made arrangements to have Tania meet us and walk us directly to the apartment and show us around. Warning - Venice is an absolute maze of twisting streets and it is easy to get lost. Pin the location on your phone when you get there just to be safe. Overall this apartment was super spacious, comfortsble and in the perfect location to explore Venice

Great location!
This apartment was in a great location. A shirt walk from the San Angelo pier off of the water taxi. We enjoyed a lot of shopping and short walks to San Marco and Rialto Bridge. The food in the area is so great! We did have to wait out some high tide water one day as our alley was flooded when we came home. Check in was easy and listing is as described!

Disappointed
Unfortunately, this place was just ok. I never leave reviews but I felt I had to as I high hopes. The previous reviews did not match what I felt we experienced. The bathroom was dirty. We ended up spraying down the shower with cleaner we found prior to showering as there were hairs and an old looking stained plastic mat. The floors did not look swept or vacuumed. Additionally, the host didn't mention upon check in about the number of appliances and the power going out- so we plugged a fan in, with the ac, and one other thing and it went pitch black- while someone was on the toilet! Luckily my dad was able to go downstairs to the main breaker to reset. I understand this isn't specific to this unit just would've welcomed a reminder besides the posted notice on door we noticed after the fact. The other big bummer in my opinion, were the beds and pillows. The pillows were so hard and flat I ended up using some of my clothes. The bed was so hard it felt like a hospital cot. Beds could use a refresh for sure. We also wanted to make coffee but there weren't filters for the coffee pot and there was standing water in the back (like someone filled it and never made it). Its unfortunate because the joy of a vrbo is using the amenities. Positives: good location (although I preferred santa croce neighborhood much more) AC worked well, wifi, laundry, and nice supermarket just steps away. FYI The stairs are hard to manage if you have heavy luggage, however we were aware of this.

It looks like you have written the review of the wrong house Hayley! We don´t have a plastic mat and also we don´t have a coffee pot where you fill water in the back... Not to mention pillows (we have 8 in the apartment, ready to suit different needs) and the mattresses, that are super comfortable. 188 previous guests have a great opinion of our cleaning standards.... Yes, reading your review I feel you are talking about another place!

Lovely and spacious apartment
A lovely apartment with plenty of room for our group. Made our stay in Venice relaxing and enjoyable. Steps away from grocery store, shops and restaurant, yet away so you didn’t hear the noise of the crowds. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others visiting Venice.

Charming Venice rental!
This apartment is centrally located close to the Rialto bridge and Piazza San Marco.Very spacious and convenient. Air conditioning and wifi a huge plus. There is a supermarket right at the end of the block and the most delicious gelato around the corner. Would stay again.

The title says it all! Venice is a maze and the owner was fantastic at giving directions and meeting us at the vaporetto stop and walking us to the apartment. The apartment was well equipped and the AC was great! The location can’t be beat - 7min walk to St. Mark’s and a block off a street with restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. There is a fantastic grocery store 50 meters from the front door - nicest one we had seen in our month in Italy. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again for the great stay.

Very nice and clean
Great jump off point , 1 big bed, 2 singles, Wi-Fi , AC great neighborhood, grocery store near by. Very close to Sant’Angelo station. Shower was a bit weird, but other than that perfect for a couple or a couple with 2 kids. It’s close enough San Marco and also the perfect distance away from it.

This was the perfect location, super-clean and with all facilities so we felt really at home. We could cook our own meals. Great aircon. Lovely host who met us off the vaporetto and was so friendly and accommodating with us leaving our bags on the day we checked out. Would definitely stay again and would Recommend.

Allowed us to really enjoy Venice
The location is great, just a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge and the Grand Canal. Piazza San Marco also nearby, and there's a grocery store at the end of the block. It was clean and everything worked. We're a family of 4, so the washing machine was a life saver. Air conditioning too. Would happily stay there again.

This was a perfect location for our time in Venice with our family of 5. We had 3 teens and the bedroom set up with trundle beds was perfect. The location is excellent. Just 4 min walk from Saint Angelo waterbus stop, and literally 30 seconds from a grocery market. We had many dining options and enjoyed the quiet campo area of Santo Stefano full of dining options and a fun atmosphere for morning or evening meals. The apartment is clean, well outfitted, laundry is so helpful, and it’s uncluttered but still cozy. We had excellent communication with host and really appreciated being personally met at the waterbus stop upon our arrival! It’s easy to find the apartment once you’ve been guided there. Excellent location and well suited to a family!

We enjoyed our brief stay in this Venetian apartment, very clean and quiet. Right in the middle of it all and a short walk to Piazza San Marco, you will find the beauty of the city mesmerizing and stunning. Venice is always worth a visit!

The apartment was super clean and the location was perfect. Having a grocery store next door was so nice. We were able to get a few snacks and drinks after a long day of traveling and easily settle in to our new “home away from home.”

Very Family Friendly
Great location on a quiet alley in close proximity to everything. Great fit for our family of four, including a 13yo girl and 10yo boy. Pay attention to the info about using too many electrical items…we had the washing machine, A/C and hot shower running and it tripped the circuit breaker (seems like the water heater is electric as the shower went cold). We had been warned and the property manager helped us fix the problem (had to go to the downstairs circuit breaker to reset it). Overall a great stay in a beautiful place.

Perfect Location
This was our second stay at this apartment. The apartment, a short walk from both Rialto and St. Mark’s, is clean and equipped with everything you need. There is a grocery store a few steps away also. I highly recommend it!
