Managed by a super host and this home is also a “guest favorite” on other platforms. This home is the ideal vacation destination! Tastefully decorated, 1500 square foot, 3 bedroom home with a heated pool, lanai, and fenced in back yard. Located in quiet Venice (South Venice neighborhood) just minutes from downtown Venice with all its restaurants, shops, outdoor cafes and beaches.

There is a large open concept living space in the middle of the house with a spacious living room, large dining area, and well appointed kitchen with granite countertops. Large 65” Smart TV that is Netflix and Amazon Prime ready (just log into your account during your stay). Home has WiFi and high speed internet as well as a laundry room. There is also a bonus private screened in porch off the living room with outdoor patio furniture. The master bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. One of the bathrooms is also conveniently accessible from the pool area and the house. There is a tall privacy fence surrounding the back yard and giving you privacy while in the pool.

Additionally, we provide 2 kayaks for you to explore the nearby waterways!

Prior to your check in time, you will be provided with a unique code that will allow you access during your visit. Early check if available is also possible, often without fees.

All parts of the home will be accessible to guests. We do have 2 locked closets in the house that the cleaners have access to as well as 2 locked armoires in the garage.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
Venice Florida is on the white-sanded Gulf Coast and offers 14 miles of beaches, from Casey Key to Manasota Key and plenty of recreational opportunities, including swimming, sunbathing, golf, fishing and boating. We are close to museums, the aquarium, UTC Mall, and a 2nd new Venice downtown at Wellen Park/West Villages where there are outdoor free concerts every weekend.

AIRPORTS:
Venice Municipal Airport is 5 minutes away in case you wish to fly on your private/chartered plane. Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is 30 miles away (45 minute drive). Punta Gorda Airport is 38 miles away (40 minute drive). Fort Myers (RSW) and Tampa International Airport (TPA) are both about 1 hour away.

PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. THERE IS A STRICT NO PARTY RULE. WE HAVE GREAT NEIGHBORS AND WOULD LIKE TO KEEP IT THAT WAY.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
High-speed internet, a smart 65” TV that is Netflix and Amazon Prime ready, parking on premises for four cars, beach towels. Washer and dryer machines are inside the house with ironing board and iron.

POOL HEAT: This house has a heated pool. Pool temperature will go up 1 F/hour.

SECURITY INFORMATION: The property features outdoor security cameras that do not look into any interior spaces and are turned off while guests are in residence.

RED TIDE: *Please be advised that during summer months there can be red tide algae blooms and may cause respiratory irritation. Please review red tide updates on local sites. *

NO PETS: No pets are allowed with guests. This does not mean this is an animal /allergen free home and due to ADA rules we do accept service animals. Bringing a pet with you will result in the immediate cancelation of your stay with no refunds and a $350 fine.

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking/vaping. $350 fine for evidence of smoking.

PEST CONTROL: We use a professional pest control service. Florida is a tropical climate and it is possible to see bugs inside despite our best efforts. Please keep windows/doors tightly closed & keep place clean & tidy with food tightly closed to prevent pests.

REFUNDS: Reservations are non-changeable & can't be canceled for refund for any reason (beyond the time period specified at time of reservation on your listing site). We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance for peace of mind so that you have protection for your trip in case of unforeseen circumstances where you cannot come.

EXTENDING STAY:
If you wish to extend your stay, it may be possible, if the calendar allows.
