Flat with garden and canal view, in Venice Town Center (San Polo neighborhood!)

The flat is within a wonderful villa surrounded by a large and peaceful garden. From all the windows of the apartment you see either the garden or the canal that flows aside the villa.
It is located in the most central neighborhood of Venice, San Polo, a very elegant, lively and not touristic area of the historical town center of Venice.
Just one minute of walk away you will find two of the most beautiful and important buildings in town: the Scuola Grande di San Rocco and the Basilica of Santa Maria gloriosa dei Frari.
Piazzale Roma (the bus and car terminal, where you will arrive if you come from the airport) it is conveniently located just five minutes from the flat.
The train station is just 8 minutes of walk from the apartment.
You will reach Rialto bridge in fifteen minutes of walk and with other five minutes you will be in San Marco square.
The house is pleasantly surrounded by gardens, therefore is in a quiet street, nevertheless within less than five minutes there are groceries, supermarket,local bars and traditional restaurants.
Just four minutes from the flat there is the gondola service that just for a couple of euros will give you the experience of transfering you on the other side of the Grand Canal (but you can also cross the bridges of Accademia and Rialto, that are close to the house).
The kitchen is large and equipped with dishwasher; next to it there is a large sofa in order to create a big living area from where you can admire the canal. Bathroom is complete (sink, wc, bidet, Bath tub/shower) made of marble and with a large window.
The rooms are all very spacious and those that overlook the gadren have also a private access on it from very wide French doors.
You will have use of the garden where you will also find tables, chairs, an umbrella and deckchairs.
There is a 50-inch smart TV, connected to the wifi, therefore you'll be able to connect to your Netflix,Amazon or other accounts.
