Five windows, three in the living room and two in one of the larger rooms, give a fantastic view directly to a typical Venetian Canal where gondolas often pass. The other 3 rooms and another bathroom have windows that overlook a beautiful internal garden.
The neighborhood is typically Venetian and not very touristy. The apartment is in the historic center just 5 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and 7 from Piazza San Marco. Very close there is the fifteenth century Church of the Miracles, probably one of the most beautiful in Venice. Just 200 meters away there is a supermarket open until 9 p.m. and every Sunday. All around there are typical Venetian bacari (osterie) and some excellent restaurants.
