THINGS TO KNOW:
-This home is located a short ferry away from the Channel Islands National Park.
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee of $155 (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.
-There is a private fenced in studio on the back corner of the property used occasionally. This studio has no access to the Beach Palm property as it is behind the same beach type fencing as neighboring properties.
-There is a removable baby gate to prevent access to hallway and spiral staircase.
-There are beach towels, beach chairs, and one beach umbrella available for use at this property.

Beautiful place for a relaxed getaway while our home was tented. Our group of six enjoyed the open and sunny common area downstairs, the hot tub, and outdoor shower. Loved the warmly decorated and spacious upstairs main bedroom and bath. Appreciated proximity to beach, restaurants, grocery, and a park. Would go back and we recommend!

The place is lovely. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit and walking along the beach daily.Little things we had issues with were minor but worth noting, including the window coverings in the upstairs master are not great at blocking the morning light or the flood lights coming from the elementary school directly across the street.The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. And the internet service was off and on the whole visit so we really couldn't enjoy that perk. Our host and management co. were both easy to correspond with. Perfect place for a small family or friends.

Beautiful home and wonderful host! We really enjoyed our stay in Ventura. The host was very accommodating to a last minute change on our part, and we were so appreciative. The home is fully stocked and very comfortable. And the location is great. If we are ever in the area again, we will look to stay here first.

Very nice property. Only issue was parking due to school event (Movie Night). We enjoyed our stay. It is a short walk to beach and lots of nearby amenities as well. The host had us prepared with everything we needed. We will be staying with them again for sure.

Was an absolute joy to stay at this beautiful beach house. A two minute walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, very comfy beds, a very well stocked kitchen, and honestly felt like being at the best home. Highly recommend and love the hot tub! Will be back again one day.

Fantastic Beach and Relaxing Vibes

This sweet home near the beach in Ventura was the perfect getaway for our crew. Upon walking into the courtyard, the relaxing vibe was set. We enjoyed the outside as much as the interior. Chairs, firepit, hot tub, water feature, bbq, outdoor shower....everything you need for chilling was provided. Inside, the cozy living room opens to the kitchen and provided plenty of space for us to visit, cook, and enjoy the games and kids toys that were there. A laundry room was a bonus, and helped keep the towels dry to enjoy the beach and the hot tub. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were laid out perfectly for our family. Bathrooms with basic toiletries were provided, which was nice so we didn't have to purchase or pack them. The primary suite was amazing- you just had to navigate the spiral staircase, but it was another place to relax and unwind. (a baby gate was provided so that the kids could be kept away from the staircase- which was appreciated). The kitchen was well appointed, and we didn't feel that we were missing anything. Being within walking distance of the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and frozen yogurt allowed us to feel safe giving our tweens free reign to explore safely. The home is across from a school, but we didn't feel that the noise of the kids was loud at all. The beach had surf and boogie boardable waves, which made our crew happy. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay and plan to make this our go to when we come to Ventura!

Great trip!

We had the best family trip to Ventura! You cannot beat the location of this amazing house. The home itself is spacious, beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was lovely to be able to leave both doors open and enjoy the breeze on the whole first floor. Our dog was happy and comfortable there too. We absolutely plan to return!

The house was unique, cozy, clean, and well stocked. The location is close to the beach but private. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to retun again next year for our annual ladies weekend.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay at this Ventura home. Checkin was easy once you figure out the secret to the key lock door. A secret garden courtyard. A sunny cozy home with tons of natural light. Cheerful furniture. Comfortable beds. Unique bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. A surprise of Xmas decorations was so thoughtful. And Xmas cookies waiting for us. 4 stars of 5 because the location across from an elementary school meant a parking challenge and noisy days. Beware the curved staircase won't hinder your access to the upper main suite. Close access to beach was a special treat.Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Looks are Deceiving

Short walk to the beach was a plus. House is quaint as it comes with an old fashioned gas stove, where you could smell the gas especially at night. Living room seating is not very comfortable. Looks/pictures are slightly deceiving as they make the house seem roomier than it actually is.

Recent stay

It was great working with this Sunny Days Vacation rentals! We booked two homes next to each other for our family to stay comfortably and both were nice and comfortable places to stay. This location had a pilot light go out and fill the house with gas, which was unlivable. Sunny Days Vacation rentals was quick to address this issue and send out a technician from the gas company, as well as one of their team members to fix this problem. The rest of our stay was without any problems!

Classic California Beachy Dream

This home was wonderful for our stay. It is in a neighborhood across from an elementary school. Childhood laughter during the day, quiet at night. When there are waves—which is often—you can hear them from your open windows at night. The ocean air is rejuvenating. The front yard is a little private paradise with beautiful gardens and ample places to sit and hang out with your crew. The great room is warm and welcoming with vaulted ceilings and lots of seating for you and your guests. The house has a beachy vibe which works well because you are a two minute walk to the beach! The beach is expansive and never was crowded.The bathrooms were cute with beautiful tiles, and the two downstairs bedrooms were just the right size. The primary upstairs is quite large and surrounded by big windows with a view of greenery and a peekaboo view of the ocean. My husband and I called it the treehouse because you are up with the palm trees. All of the beds were super comfy with great bedding. We will definitely be staying here again next year!!

This eclectic beach home is so lovely. The owner has great pride. It is comfortable and the proximity to the beach is bar none the best choice. From the affordability, bright airy space, to the spa like hot tub, bed and bath accommodations had our whole family agreeing “we’ll be returning here“.

Awesome Beach Bungalow

We had a wonderful stay at the SunnyDays Vacation Rentals house in Ventura on 1208 Marthas Vineyard Ct , Ventura, California 93001. This iconic mid-century Pierpont-area beach house was just one block off the beach, extremely well-equipped, had very cute decor, and excellent comfy beds. Great hot tub, lots of beach toys if you have kids. The owner was incredibly responsive to a few needs we had while there, answering texts really quickly and getting our needs met almost immediately. A nice grocery store with well-stocked wine selection was about two minutes away. Easy access to the 101 to get around Ventura. We loved staying here. One caveat about the master bedroom - the spiral staircase going up to it is pretty steep and if you are not steady on your feet you might not feel comfortable going up and down.

Family vacation!

Absolutely loved the property! It was clean, accurately presented in the listing, and a great location. We had two 2 year olds that love the beach! The hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived but the property management had it fixed by the following day. It did take a while to heat back up but the kids enjoyed it. The disposal stopped working and the fire ring ran out of propane but both were quickly taken care of. I like that this property is maintained by an excellent management company, what a difference that makes! We will certainly be back if our plans take us this way! A great house.

Nice Beach Experience

This adorable cottage has a cute beach vibe and a nice open living area. The yards are landscaped and well maintained. A few things, all small could improve this property; The floors were not a clean enough for bare feet and the blow dryer was broken. Over all I would book this property again, thank you for sharing it!
