We didn’t use the spa, but we were able to get it operational, we just ran out of time to use it by the time we tried to turn it on. “Our experience was far from what we had hoped for. The main issue was the lack of hot running water, which was particularly challenging for our toddler who needed a bath before bedtime. As a result, two adults had to endure cold showers & despite the host's response in sending someone to address the issue, no one else was able to shower until the next morning.The Wi-Fi never worked during our stay. We informed the host, who promised to contact the cable company, but the issue was never resolved,...
