  • Il California Coastal Cottage, situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Ventura, è perfettamente situato per rilassarsi e giocare sulla spiaggia o visitare le pittoresche cantine di Santa Barbara e la costa centrale o dirigersi a sud e trascorrere una giornata a Malibu o Hollywood. Sotto i meravigliosi cieli soleggiati della California meridionale, troverai miglia di bellissime spiagge, un porto fiorente pieno di imbarcazioni da diporto e commerciali e l'atmosfera della Vecchia California nel nostro centro storico e nel distretto di Mission.

    Ventura, una storica città missionaria, si trova a un'ora a nord di Los Angeles e mezz'ora a sud di Santa Barbara, sulla splendida costa della California. LAX è il più grande aeroporto ma Bob Hope Burbank, Oxnard e Santa Barbara sono gli aeroporti regionali della zona.

Very comfortable and cute cottage. Everything was super clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the location being so close to the beach, it made for easy walks on the beach in the morning. Having Vons so close by also made things easier for grabbing essentials. Overall very pleased with the experience.

Great stay right next to the beach!

Leslie, Jeff, and Sasha were great hosts that made the check-in and checkout process seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the cottage. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great beach cottage - cozy but plenty of room to relax. The perfect location half a block from the water, and a short drive to the pier and to downtown Ventura.

Lovely Yellow House

Perfect location

We stayed for a month to enjoy our adult son who lived near-by and to afford a six night stay for our other son and family. The location was ideal and the living space was generous. The owner/manager was responsive and easy to work with. We will book again next year!

Perfect for us!

This house was perfect for our stay! It was really clean and the location was amazing. We were able to able to walk to the beach, Marina Park and restaurants. My kids loved the bunk beds and sand toys. The backyard was great for eating and hanging out in the beautiful sunshine. The flowers back there were gorgeous! We loved our stay here and hope to be back soon!

Extremely Convenient

This was the perfect location for us to get just far enough away from home and enjoy a slightly cooler climate and beach weather while being close enough to family north of Santa Barbara to visit and pick up Dad/Grandpa for a few days. We loved having the parking and walking distance for an easy and enjoyable week. We definitely recommend the property. It was inviting and organized.

Excellent location with very short walk to the sand, fun restaurants and shops a few blocks away. Easy drive to Harbor Cove and lots of other fun spots in Ventura. Parking in the garage was easy and convenient. The house was clean, well stocked with cooking ware and utensils. The rooms were all comfortable and the backyard was pleasant to spend time in. The hosts were very responsive and available for questions. We hope to be back soon!

My Home Away from Home

This is the third time I rented this property for a beach getaway. It just keeps getting better and better. The host is extremely organized. The house is spotless but still feels very homey. The minute I walk in my shoulders relax and I’m ready for quality R&R! I hate to brag about it too much because I feel like it’s one of my best kept secret hideaways. Wonderful.

Decent Stay

This place is in a great location and we appreciated the conveniences of the garage, laundry, and grill. However, it looked like it had not been deep cleaned in ages - there were cobwebs and dust throughout. The dishes and kitchenwares were filthy, needing to be washed before use. Not quite what we were expecting.

Another wonderful stay

There were some strong storms. One knocked out the power to the garage door opener. Then the door would not completely close. The first time the technician said the mechanism was old and needed to be replaced. It was reported to Zeke. I could not put the car in the garage but parked in front of it for security.

Wonderful weekend

We had a wonderful weekend. VRBO is a first for us. The house was just the right size for the 4 of us. With a little more planning on our part, it had everything we would’ve needed. Less than a minutes walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Fantastic spot for a family beach week

We had a fabulous week in Pierpont, thanks in large part to this beautiful and comfortable beach house! Everything was beautifully maintained, accessible, easy to find and use and perfect for our family of four, plus my mother in law and sister in law who spent one night visiting us. My two young boys (ages 4 and 2) loved exploring the backyard and even took outside naps in the reclining chairs pulled up under the shade of the awning. I especially appreciated that the house had everything we wanted to use, but was not full of unnecessary knickknacks, which made it very easy to navigate and enjoy. We enjoyed many meals in the backyard and loved being able to walk just 2 minutes down the road to the beach and 10 minutes to a variety of great restaurants a couple of streets over. We're hoping to return again next year and would like to thank our hosts for their responsiveness and hospitality in proving such a lovely spot for our use and enjoyment!

Rockstar Owners

During my stay my sister (who lives about 30 miles away) got Covid. The owners changed plans and let me extend my stay so I wouldn't get Covid. I have stayed at this property every two years or so since 2012. I can't "Thank" them enough. I hope to be back next year. Sutzi
