“This is 100% a Motel. The pictures are from a long time ago, or what they wanted the property to eventually be, not current at all. They look nothing like this property. The room is not at all as pictured. It's off the freeway, and since it's an old Motel, that's all you hear. I was really disappointed with the property and what I paid for this room. The doors don't lock properly, and the sliding glass door is a joke. I didn't feel safe here at all. A Motel 6 would have been nicer than...

“Everything was nice and clean and it didn't smell bad.Just the floor was a little sandy was cleaned and mopped”

“Extremely clean and beautifully renovated room, parking was convenient. Staff were great, didn’t have any issues that required staff. Only downside was no microwave which should not be a problem for most people. Stayed 1 night before going to Channel Islands National Park through Ventura Harbor and this stay was close, cheap, convenient, and checkout was very fast”

“I'm giving this place five stars because for the price it was fine, it is however a really cheap surfer or worker motel. Good water pressure for shower. I assumed the bed would be really squeaky and uncomfortable as I pulled up to the place but it actually wasn't bad. There was a really overwhelming smell of fabuloso in the room which will keepe from ever coming here again. 5 stars for the price is being a bit generous. ”
