Nestled in the peaceful La Conchita community, this beautifully updated 3BR/3BA coastal retreat offers the perfect combination of relaxation and convenience. Just a two-minute stroll from an uncrowded, pristine beach with breathtaking sunsets, this home is perfect to create memorable getaways. Enjoy ocean views right from the master bedroom’s private balcony or the covered front veranda, which features a bar-top railing ideal for sunset cocktails. The private backyard is a tranquil space with a gas fire pit, BBQ grill, and ample seating for unwinding after a day at the beach. Adventure awaits nearby, with the world-famous Rincon Point surf break just minutes away and the charming downtown areas of Ventura and Santa Barbara within easy driving distance.

Inside, this newly remodeled home boasts high ceilings, Cali bamboo flooring, and stylish finishes throughout. Two spacious living areas provide plenty of room to relax and entertain, with one featuring a 70” smart TV and the other offering a cozy gas fireplace and 55” smart TV. Both living areas include sleeper sofas and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, sleek concrete countertops, and thoughtful extras such as a Keurig coffee maker and blender, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group. Gather around the dining table, which seats up to 10 guests, for shared meals and lively conversation.

The master suite is a luxurious retreat with a California king bed, a private balcony offering ocean views, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and is located next to a guest bathroom with another tub/shower combo.

Outdoor living spaces are equally inviting. The covered veranda is perfect for alfresco dining, with a table for four and refreshing ocean breezes. Parking is available for up to three vehicles, with two spaces in the driveway and one in the garage.

This home’s location offers unbeatable access to the beach via a pedestrian underpass just steps away. Absolutely fantastic for what I needed. I hosted three people who didn't know each other well (co-workers) and we all had our own rooms, spaces and bathrooms. It is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach which was perfect for sunset. One of my co-workers is very germ-phobic and she was blown away by the cleanliness. Great stay!

The house is beautiful, lots of space, nice beds, all the extras you need. Beach chairs, towels, wagon, umbrellas, coolers. Home does not have AC and in the summer its hot - could not sleep - they do have fans in every room. Nice ocean breeze if you leave the windows open but next door is an empty lot with a camper on it and someone is living in, on the other side is a home but in the driveway there is a tent camper with someone in it 3 feet from the front door. I was not comfortable leaving the windows open at night. Home is located in a cute area and there is beach access if you cross the street, go down a ramp (had dog poo on it) and go under the freeway in a dimly lit tunnel with flickering lights and smells of urine. This takes you to a dog beach which smells of urine and has dog poo in the sand. I was not comfortable having my grandkids play in the sand. There are many dogs running off leash (including pit bulls) at the beach and in front of the home. I loved the home but would never have booked had I had known this was the condition of my stay. Also lots of tar on the beach and in the water - our feet were covered in tar even though we tried to steer clear of it and had to sit outside the house scraping our feet after we walked on the sand ugh! None of this is the owners fault and I feel bad reporting all this but I paid a lot of money to check in at 4pm on Sunday and check out at 10am on Tuesday - Ugh!

A Hidden Gem!

The property is extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is amazing. We walked down a pristine walkway and through a tunnel to get to a beautiful beach in less than 3 minutes. We had so much fun going to the beach and riding bikes and enjoying family time together. The sunsets were spectacular. I highly recommend this property and hope to return again someday.

Racing weekend stay

Loved this place for location, ease of check in & out, provisions and the home itself. It was clean, welcoming, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, wagon and coolers were a value added bonus! The communication was easy and no problems with anything. The neighborhood is very quiet for sleeping. We got up early each day and left for activities and coming home was a nice respite after a long day of racing. Beds comfortable and nice backyard w firepit and outdoor shower! Thank you so much.
