La Souchette - Verac

Located in the heart of the Fronsadais and Libourne vineyards, close to Bordeaux and Saint Emilion, La Souchette cottage welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. For your relaxation, you'll enjoy a large enclosed garden with a pleasant view of the vineyards. Our cottage is housed in a former farmhouse dating back to 1850. Completely renovated, you'll find all modern comforts combined with the charm of stone. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a large TV lounge, a bathroom with a large shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (two 140x190 cm beds and two 90x190 cm beds). Sheets, towels, and household linens are available for rent, as well as end-of-stay cleaning (fee-based services). Heating is available at an additional cost (flat rate). Tourist tax is available. Gîte adjoining the owners' home. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
