“Det gamla klostret med utsikt mot floden är ett perfekt val för den som vill spendera några dagar i en lugn och genuin miljö. Man befinner sig i en stillsam charmig by 7 kilometer norr om Trier. På den lummiga terassen kvittrar fåglarna medan man avnjuter frukost eller middag av hög kvalitet. Man kan höra bilvägen på andra sidan floden men det förtar inte lugnet här. Temat är hållbar mat och det känns verkligen att juicer och marmelader är småskaligt tillverkade. Personalen är otroligt vänlig...
