“The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. It was our favorite nearby location for groceries, but we Also went to Healthy Living quite often as it's where there is...

“Loved! Loved! Loved! Beautiful house and yard. We were there for a family wedding. House is within walking distance to downtown Middlebury and the University. It is completely handicap friendly which was awesome since we were with my 92 year old stroke surviving father with a walker. The owner and VRBO team were great with communications. The house was well stocked. Would highly recommend for a great stay in Middlebury! ”

“Charming guest suite in an excellent location to enjoy downtown Burlington. Quiet, peaceful, a very comfortable king sized bed, and having a walk in closet to use was a bonus. The deck off the bedroom is lovely and private. The owner’s offered for us to enjoy the large deck off the back of the house to relax and take in the views of lake Champlain which we did prior to heading out for dinner. I highly recommend staying here. ”

Location was great, we rented a boat from a nearby marina and kept it at the house during our stay with use of the mooring. Would absolutely recommend and would return in the future. ”

We used the house for the bridal party to get ready as it is just a few steps away from the Brandon Inn where we got married. We also had our first look right out in the back yard and did some of our initial photographs. The house was extremely clean, beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with far more than the usual. And the bathrooms had plenty of linens and bath towels...
