“My husband and I stay here every year because I participate in the Luray SwimFest at Lake Arrowhead. Although we don't golf, the course and facilities always seem to be well-used, and guests appear to really enjoy them. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. “It was good property. Recommended for family trip.”

“The staff was nice, the room was disgustingly dirty there were stains on the bed spreads and on the mattress themselves, the sink kept backing up with every use. The walls and baseboards were gross, the tub still had someone else’s hair in it. I definitely would not stay there again and would not recommend anyone else to stay there.”

“The kitchen did not have utensils of any kind, no plates or drinking cups. The TV remotes did not work even after staff came to check it out. Had to leave the TV on all night. Road noise was an annoyance making it tough to sleep.”

“Property is definitely 2-3 star hotel, found lots of bug in the hotel. If you just need a place to sleep its fine but that's mostly it not a lot of extras”
