Palazzi a Vernazza

“Avevamo prenotato una camera quadrupla uso doppia, ma all'arrivo abbiamo trovato una camera doppia senza esser stati avvisati. Non si può parlare con nessuno, tranne con chat su WhatsApp. La TV non funzionava perché non c'era il telecomando. Ho chiesto un rimborso per la differenza, ma non ha risposto nessuno ai messaggi.”

“Wish we had wifi.”

“Great location. Clean new and modern”

“Kids loved the room, hot tub and water feature..”

“Overall, it was good. The A/C was not straightforward and sometimes hard to figure out. Fortunately, I didn't need the sofa bed because most adults would have their feet/legs hanging off the end.”

“Great location in great view room is extremely small but certainly functional. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome and overdone. Compared to the other 12 properties I stayed at during this trip they request way too many forms and their ask for a high deposit is also out of line. However I would still say there are four star because of location and value”

“excellent view”

“The place is very nice. Spacious, clean, very centrally located. Pretty good provisions. We were there during the super heat wave. Lots of fans. AC, but it didn’t work well. Hopefully they will fix it. It is indeed right above THE late-night bar in town. Didn’t bother us too much, but it was loud until late every night. We’d give it five stars but it is very corporate. On line check in was a pain. Communication slow. Somehow they got hacked and we received acWhats App from a scammer...

“Great location in a beautiful town! The way up is a little steep with luggage but we could have called to get help. We chose to walk up. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!”
