“Perfect for an overnight!”

“The staff are great and very helpful, breakfast are good as well considering the amount paid for the hotel accomodation. My son loves the heated pool and location are great. The only thing I wish they changed would be the shampoo and conditioner they provide are still the little one time use. I have longer hair which isnt enough for us to even share but overall its a great hotel.”

“The breakfast buffet was very good with great variety. I also liked pots of hot coffee in the lobby available all day. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Perhaps it was because my room could be an adjoining room, but we could hear everything next door. Our neighbor called to complain about our tv volume, so I guess they could hear everything also.”

“The hotel room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The bed linens and bathroom were spotless, and the entire room smelled fresh upon arrival.”

“The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely...

“We arrived around 8:30 pm and there was nobody at the front desk. We rang the bell and called front desk only to hear it ring and ring. The lady finally came back about 15 minutes later. Not acceptable and very dissapointing”

“This is a beautiful retreat. Each cabin has been lovingly hand-carved and decorated with charm. This place is so well-made; it's just a joy to be here. The details are wonderful. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is big. The living room is comfortable. Both bedrooms are welcoming and comfortable. The shower has great water pressure. (If you use conditioner, be sure to bring your own.) We were so relaxed. We enjoyed wandering around. There are hiking paths up the hill. The resort is...

“Everything was ok, but the soap was too small and there was no Kleenex, and the toilet paper only 1-ply. The parking lot was a bit sketchy. It had all the basics to get through the night, room was warm and clean.”

“Room Was a disaster, stickers on the mirror , wall . No trash can in the room . Had a no smoking room . The blanket had a cigarette burn on it . Tv was not plugged in and not operational . There was furniture outside one of the lower rooms . Breakfast was not provided. Basically. Building should be torn down.”

“This is one of the best country inns we ever tried: charming, cozy and friendly. The atmosphere is authentic and warm, as are the owners. The country and the woods surrounding are great, even the breakfast is excellent! We loved the room and also the sitting room, full of beautiful books.”
