From check-in where the bathrooms are closed and no breakfast or coffee to the dirty trash-filled halls and rooms in disrepair. This is not where you want to stay.

The hotel is in very poor condition. The rooms are unclean and poorly stocked, with uncomfortable beds and lousy technology.

Do not stay here

We stayed 5 out of 6 days. The front door to the hotel rooms was broken so anyone could enter at anytime. I requested to know if I was going to be charged for the 6th day stay even though I was not staying and they said yes! do not stay in this dive of a hotel!

This hotel was very clean and convenient but two items were negative. The noise on a Friday night was excessive. Also we were dissapointed that the pool was discontinued and breakfast discontinued. Both were advertised i the Expedia website.

Budget No Frills Motel

Budget motel located right off the highway. No frills, somewhat clean, older motel. Needs updating. On the up side, it's next to Rein's Deli and Vernon Diner which bith have excellent food. Warning: on the listing it says Free Breakfast and there is NO free breakfast or even any apology for why there isn't one as that policy is blamed on covid.

The staff was pretty friendly but unfortunately the rooms smelled like feet, mold, old theater popcorn which was unpleasant. The hallways had a smoke smell. At least the ice machine worked and shower was better than I expected. There was no breakfast or pool as advertised.

Nothing but a roach motel, avoid this branch at all costs. Bedsheets and blanket had burn holes in it and hair on pillows. Carpet stained and filthy like the nyc subway.

Not worth the money

This hotel needs a complete makeover. The facility smelled of cigarette smoke and the rooms were shabby. There was no breakfast provided as advertised The mattress and rugs need replacing. I wouldn’t put anything on the floor

No breakfast no pool per COVID. They say. It’s august 2022… hotel needs to be shut down. It smells. Looks abandoned. I chose non smoking room. Still stinks. I feel bad for my kids.

The conditions of the room were not good. Our heater didn’t work , there were not enough towels and 2 hand towels were dirty/stained. There was no soap and a mini envelope for shampoo, only for one person I guess. Not staying there again. The check-in gentleman was very nice.

Was there for 8 days and there was no emptying of trash and no fresh bath towels. Only once when I went to office they gave me 2 hand towels. They said they were waiting for a shipment.

This property is in very poor shape. Starting with registration area, to bedrooms . The smell is horrible , my room had a shattered glass sliding door covered with a cardboard box and tape ( very unsafe) No breakfast , no Pool, no amenities. Needs severe upgrading . I refused to stay and went two doors down to red roof inn. Filed a complaint, awaiting response .

There was nothing to like. Outdoor pool was filled with green water and no fence around it for protection. Plate glass door to office cracked and look like it had been hit with a rock or bullet. We did look at the room but beds were very old and sagged, could not open sliding glass door (safety issue) and glass was cracked from top to bottom. Lobby was small and cluttered. We arrived 2 hours early and they charged us an extra $20 which did come out of my checking account. People were hanging out in the hallways and we did not feel safe.I called Expedia and explained that we would not be staying there. We went to the Holiday Inn in Norwich which was near my son. We were not able to use our debit card because our card is flagged due to being compromised a few times. Once the bank saw activity for the Days Inn at one end of Connecticut and were at the other end in Norwich trying to get a room the card got locked! My son ended up getting us the room. We thank you for the refund and we paid our son back.

Absolutely horrible experience. I booked on Friday for 2 people. Called to let them know the name of the person checking in and they rudely told me I had to call the next day since she doesn’t work mornings. When I called the next morning, the ONLY WAY I could add another person was if I “sent an email with my photo ID, dates I’ll arrive, and the name of the person checking in.” When he got there it took them 30 to check-in with lots of confusion. The room we got had no light bulbs, mold on the sheets & bed and missing drawers from the tv stand, no shower curtain and holes in the walls. We obviously did not want to stay there and was provided no refund from the hotel and Expedia also did not offer a refund for my poor experience. I was never so poorly treated in my life. I use Expedia many times and never thought the support I received would be so lacking. I was given a $50 coupon but literally slept in a car that night. I will be disputing this charge with my bank

This property is dirty. All blankets had cigarette burns in them. The tub and toilet was flooded with water. Also they had a bucket in the hallway cause the ceiling was leaking water. Very unsafe!

They didn't provide two bed as the reservation. When i asked they aai they don't care about expedia reservation. I left with two options either pay and leave or stay. I am having back pain because of this.

When my boyfriend and I arrived, we first saw puke in the hallway. We went into the room and it all got worst, there were cigarette burn holes in the blanket (keep in mind this was nonsmoking room) and a terrible smell. This place was absolutely disgusting, choose anywhere else but here!!
