“Doesn’t look like the photos. Felt like the hood. The room was not well maintained. Water didn’t not drain. Took a shower and water pooled, same when washing hands. Toilet did not flush. Parking lot not maintained, just felt low quality compared to other properties. Will not stay at again. But staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be.”

“Overall it was really good! And we would stay there again. The Show Pony restaurant food was good as well, but the service could be much improved. Definitely lacking there. We had an issue with a barking dog that was snuck into the property. The staff took care of that as well as they could.”

“We had a double queen room with sitting area
Cons: key cards slide instead of tap, so don't have your hands full! Both beds were awful. One had an obvious (like 4-6") dip in it. The other felt like it was supposed to be firm but had no support so it was like laying on a cot. Most of the USB outlets were broken. “Cons: very basic room furnishings. Not many plug-ins, only a desk chair, room just seemed empty compared to other rooms we've had. Toilet paper was stationed more towards the back side of the toilet which was annoying to have to reach back to get it. Discovered the shampoo was empty and when I called the front desk, housekeeping hadn't gotten there yet, so I had to go down to the front desk to get some which was just uncomfortable being grungy in front of all the breakfast eaters.
