“The room was freshly renovated. The beds were huge. I unfortunately had a sick relative in the hospital nearby. This was a very convenient location to stay. The staff doing late check in were great and they were and have been super compassionate and helpful during and after my stay. I would highly recommend for location and customer service. I would in particular mention the manager Paoula who was outstanding in the level of customer service she delivered when I had a difficult query.”

“The venue is clean and provides everything for a night or two away as well as there been other nearby places to visit, eat or shop. The Staff were all very helpful and polite, every staff member interacted with greeted us first. They even went over and beyond expectations in relation to one of our party, who had severe food allergies. It's a great venue at a great price. ”

“The whole of the structure is amazing, my room was nice, however I was put at the back of the hotel next to the restaurant and all night there was a buzzing machine sound. Not being a good sleeper at the best of times, it did affect my night’s sleep. ”

“un posto davvero da sogno ! molto curato, giardini bellissimi ed interni davvero raffinati e di stile ! camere molto belle e pulite , personale disponibile. un po' difficile da trovare sul navigatore e coordinate inesistenti sul sito e in albergo questa è stata l'unica difficoltà che abbiamo riscontrato ! Assolutamente fantastico torneremo di sicuro”

“Camera al piano attico, pulita e rinnovata, bagno compreso. Calda e confortevole. Punto di forza: la posizione centralissima e a due passi dalla stazione Centrale. Unico elemento da rinnovare: gli infissi datati, poco utili per isolamento acustico che, data la posizione centralissima, rischia di essere un problema nelle ore notturne. In generale ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo.”

“Everything at the place was awesome (although the swim up pool could have been a little warmer) . Butler service was first class as was the selection of free alcoholic drinks available in the room mini bar.”

“There's no lift so guest has to bring Luggages up and down the stairs. Rooms' doors have been painted and re-painted many times, bad looking ! Shower plate has many damp spots”
