“We enjoyed our two nights there. It was very clean. Kitchen is amazing! It's an old house in an old neighborhood, so keep that in mind. The location was perfect for getting to the falls! We would stay here again if we were ever traveling there again. No complaints on our part. ”

“My 26yr old son and I visited the falls for a father's day weekend. We had a great visit. The apartment was sufficient. The couch was not so comfortable but we spent very little time in the residence. We were able to walk to all the local attractions even to the Canada side. We did get a lot of steps daily but it was doable. It is very close to the Senca Casino where we ate a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. The apartment was a 15 min walk to the Niagara State Park. We would stay at...

“Can't judge a book by its cover. The outside of the house is in need of attention but the inside is new and modern. Perfectly clean and comfortable inside. Modern and nicely decorated. All the amenities. No central air but had a portable unit which kept it cool despite the heat. Owner was very responsive. Assisted living home across the street and nearby hospital provided plenty of light at night. Small green space right next door with grass and benches. Conveniently located. Off street parking...

“Very nice place. Central to lots in Erie... 10 minutes everywhere. Right next to Sarah Reed retirement home which was a great convenience to our one friend visiting her mom and close to whippy dip ice cream. For being upstairs to other renters it was a very sound proof and quiet place. Shower is fantastic and good beds, sheets and towels. Suggest some hooks or bars for hanging towels or bathroom bags. It was extremely hot during our visit but the ac in the bedrooms and living room...

“Very cute, nicely decorated quaint home with three bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Cute murals surrounding the parking. Very clean. Responsive host. Quick drive to the falls. The only downside was the tv remote was missing a battery and so not working, and there was no creamer for the coffee. ”

"esperienza terribile, la stanza numero 124 è troppo rumorosa, davanti alle finestre ( proprio davanti, in pratica le finestre sono bloccate) ci sono gli enormi motori dei condizionatori e hanno funzionato tutta la notte, sembrava di dormire accanto al motore di un aereo... personale apatico e scortese! Peccato perché la posizione è buona. "

"Hotel molto bello e dotato di numerosi servizi. Quello che lascia a desiderare è il livello di assistenza. Due notti di soggiorno ma non è mai stata rifatta la stanza nè cambiate le asciugamani. Altra cosa da segnalare, il personale (non solo alla reception) estremamente scostante e scortese….quasi come se a pagare per il ns. soggiorno fossero loro. "
