“esperienza terribile, la stanza numero 124 è troppo rumorosa, davanti alle finestre ( proprio davanti, in pratica le finestre sono bloccate) ci sono gli enormi motori dei condizionatori e hanno funzionato tutta la notte, sembrava di dormire accanto al motore di un aereo... personale apatico e scortese! Peccato perché la posizione è buona. ”

“This was my worst hotel experience ever and I've stayed in numerous Holiday Inn Express locations. Upon check in I was told I had to cancel my reservation made through Expedia and pay the hotel more than double what I had paid to use the airport shuttle and parking lot. When I explained that it stated on my reservation that the shuttle was included and parking was listed as available. The man at the front desk was rude and dismissive telling me to cancel my reservation for $130 and pay over $295...

“Ambiente démodé all’americana anche po’ kitsch con statua di cera e foto gigantografie del proprietario tra l’altro ancora in vita e presente in hotel. Camera accogliente e pulita, bagno posizionato a metà tra la camera e vero e proprio bagno, doccia con tendina. Colazione scardina ma visto che siamo in USA averla inclusa è già un vantaggio. Ristorante attiguo Russell’s ottima carne ”

“I give Comfort Inn & Suites W. Seneca, NY 4 stars because of the customer care and service delivery. For me, the location was important because it was quiet with a mostly mature adult-type ambiance. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of care in handling my room accommodation needs when I arrived later in the evening. Each ask was met with a smile and in the affirmative which is rare in itself today. I would have liked to have seen more hot oatmeal or mixed fruit bowls for breakfast...
