“This was our 2nd stay there. Both times were lakefront. Cabins 2 the first time a couple of years ago, and cabin 8 this time. Love sitting on the deck watching the wildlife. Bring your chairs to sit out there. Staff very friendly and other guests are always cool too.”

“While the cabin had some nice qualities, our stay was unfortunately affected by several significant issues. The water had a very strong iron/metallic/sulfur smell that was difficult to tolerate and made using the sinks, shower, and toilet very unpleasant. We also noticed visible rust/iron flakes in the toilet water. Additionally, the shower did not seem to have been fully cleaned before check-in, as there was hair left behind and what appeared to be soap scum on the walls of the shower. During...

“True rustic getaway! We rented to stay nearby our relatives for a family visit and the cabin was perfect for us. All new kitchen and bathroom, plus lots of windows to enjoy the adjacent field and wooded area. Saw deer, rabbits, a fox and several bird species while relaxing on the spacious front deck. Spectacular sunset views a short walk up the driveway. Host was quick to accommodate any requests. Would definitely return!”

“The water went out around 4pm on Saturday and I couldn't get ahold of the host. I sent 3 messages before I heard back at 9am. We had to melt snow all evening to have water for the toilet. We were unable to shower because the shower wasn't working and needed to check-out before it was fixed. The place was also littered with mouse droppings.
