“Poor. When I got to the hotel we were not greeted as we stood at the front desk. When someone finally did ask us if we were checking in, I was told to please tap my card. Since I had prepaid for the room I asked if it was for just a damage hold. The lady at the front desk said “you have to pay to stay here.” I told her I had prepaid and she said no I didn’t. I again said that I had while pulling up the receipt on my phone and she said that it told her to collect payment for the room and again...
