“esperienza terribile, la stanza numero 124 è troppo rumorosa, davanti alle finestre ( proprio davanti, in pratica le finestre sono bloccate) ci sono gli enormi motori dei condizionatori e hanno funzionato tutta la notte, sembrava di dormire accanto al motore di un aereo... personale apatico e scortese! Peccato perché la posizione è buona. ”

“The cleanliness is excellent, as the breakfast. Very poor the sofa beds, uncomfortable when used as beds. We tried two of them in two different rooms to find out that was not a problem of a single sofa bed, but the result of a poor choice: all the rooms had the same uncomfortable sofa beds. Very good check in by Angelo. The position is very good, near the Maid of the Mist and the American Falls”

“This was the best stay I have ever had in Buffalo. The hotel as soon as I walked in smelled great! The staff were friendly and the rooms were nice! I didn’t use the pool but it looked great. ”

“The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are luxurious with soft comfy beds, nice pillows and nespresso machine in your room. The view of the harbor from the bar is beautiful. They even have an area with boards games and a large table to play at. The breakfast varies day to day but each day its a nice spread. My daughter loves it when the have bowls of fresh berries. We have stayed here twice and time it a great experience. Treat yourself to a stay here.”

“In my opinion, only the breakfast needs improvement. For the rest I would say that our family room was very spacious and clean. For the location I would say excellent, facing the Niagara River, you can reach the Falls by car in 10 minutes.”

“Hotel molto bello e dotato di numerosi servizi. Quello che lascia a desiderare è il livello di assistenza. Due notti di soggiorno ma non è mai stata rifatta la stanza nè cambiate le asciugamani. Altra cosa da segnalare, il personale (non solo alla reception) estremamente scostante e scortese….quasi come se a pagare per il ns. soggiorno fossero loro. ”
