Yes, the receptionist told us that they do not have our reservation and that they are fully booked. Plus, the alternative they offered in other hotel was a double price, which we could not afford! So, we have been left on the street... Not really a service you would expect from a 3 star hotel! ”

“This large hotel is impeccably clean. There's beautiful tile work and nicely furnished seating areas scattered around. The view of the mountains from the breakfast room is superb. It's on a quiet street but doesn't take too long to walk to restaurants. Be sure to text the property with your arrival time. The door is locked and it's not obvious how to get in. Drinking water is not provided but you can buy it there or at one of the little bodegas that are nearby. They stored our luggage and...
