“I wasn't expecting much, because I chose a lower end hotel. Nothing was terrible by itself, but a lot of things started adding up. There was a dead bug on the floor, the TV didn't work, the mattress was pretty sad, the water pressure was so weak I opted not to wash my hair, the blanket provided was as thin as the bed sheet, I turned the heater on and the room smelled like it was on fire for an hour. Plus, there was garbage strewn outside. So I was not a fan.”

“We got a no smoking room and it stunk like cigarettes. The caper was dirty in the hallway. The pool and hot tub were unavailable due to construction. They said they couldn’t give me a discount because I booked through a third party. I won’t ever stay here again. I woke up in the middle of the night with a headache, took Tylenol, am still had one in the morning. My husbands throat hurt and we were both congested from the smoke pollution. TERRIBLE STAY!”
