“Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in.
When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. We didn't even unpack. We found another hotel...

“Upon arriving back to my room Saturday night, my door was unlocked and left open (I’m assuming following being cleaned that day), which is very unsafe and frustrating when you are paying for a safe place to store belongings. I did not notice any belongings missing but could easily have happened or anyone could’ve entered my room.
The gym hours are also very inconvenient and should be available earlier for guests if not accessible 24/7 like a majority of hotels do.

“I was pleasantly surprised with the updated and clean room at this hotel. From the outside it looks like some I’ve stayed in that were pretty gross and I was scared but when I opened the door and smelled and saw how clean it was I was happy! Nice white bedding and towels and updated quartz counters and a big tv. Great value in Indianapolis! I’d stay again ”
