The property info says 24 hr front desk. Check in time says ends at any time. If it hadn't I wouldn't have booked it.I called to confirm my stay and told them I'd be arriving at 2:30 in the morning. They said the front desk closes at midnight, when I asked when it reopened they said at 4 am. But I was told there would be a number I could call. It was too late to cancel my reservation. After traveling for 6 hours with a 3-year-old and 80 year old who has been traveling for 36 hours, there is no number to call, no one at the front desk is answering, there is a sticker on the front lobby door saying closed from 10:00 to 4:30 a.m., not 4. Right now it is 2:30 in the morning it's been pouring down rain and cold. I'm going to pay for a room for a total of 6 hours and now have to idle my car for the next 2 hours and hope that somebody comes to the door on time. This is completely unacceptable. If you're going to be closed from 10:00 to 4:30 in the morning don't tell people they can check it at any time, don't waste people's time and money! I shouldn't have to be waiting to pay for a room but I'm going to have for a total of 5 hours to get some rest. There's nowhere for me to go now so I'm just going to sit outside their office for 2 hours.
