“The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay.”

“This is a very nice hotel! They have a free shuttle that will drop you off or pick you up with 1.5 miles! There was one time it was not available due to them needing to charge the vehicle. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The staff was very nice.”

“there were no complementary breakfast you had to pay for everything and I booked it through Expedia. They told me a different price and when I get to the hotel was a different price is more than I expected.”

“To stay here was truly a mixed bag. Monique at the front desk was extremely helpful, charming, and a true asset to the hotel. Whoever was running the valet tried to get us to pay $30 in cash before we could park. This was definitely a scam because the front desk did not know about it. The room was not super clean and there was a stain on my pillow that may have been dried blood. It looked to me like a lot of people waited a long time to get a drink at an understaffed bar. The location is great...
