“The hotel itself was actually really good and we enjoyed our stay. However, just a heads-up if you are driving yourself: the check-in process is a total cluster f*ck. If you aren't paying for valet parking, they will not let you park or even idle in front of the building to quickly go inside and get your keys. It makes unloading luggage and checking in incredibly stressful and complicated. Nice place overall, but they really need to fix how they handle arrivals for self-parking guests.”

“Great place, enjoy pool during the day and play some games at night. Make sure to make a reservation if you want to eat at the steakhouse. We did not and got turned away.”

“Update and clean room”

“First thing the hotel was clean and room smelled fresh and pleasant. The furniture looked new and was comfortable, making the room feel modern and welcoming.The only issue I noticed was that there were cigarette butts in the hallways. The staff was outstanding, especially Ramsy, the night desk person who helped me to check-in .He was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend Rancho San Diego Inn & Suites to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place...

“The manager was super helpful really great check-in however, the room was not clean and there were roaches. The neighbor played loud music all night and there were people in and out of the room. I asked for a non-smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes. The upside was it was a comfortable bed.”

“The room was very spacious for my family (5 people), and pool and breakfast were complimentary. A kitchen was available, but there was no pot or dish to use it. The refrigerator was large. The room was worn (especially the moquette) and the area outside was noisy and dirty.”
